“I took this hotel to meet with my two school friends from Muvattupuzha for a maximum of two hours evening time. Hotel was nearly empty. Had one of the worst experience in my life. Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent.. I checked in at 5pm and vacated at 7pm. Took another hotel Kabani , with much more facilities and wonderful staff and paid less money. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

“Walls of room were dirty. Room smelt stuffy and of mothballs. Bathroom stank of bleach and commercial toilet pellets. No bath mat and slippery tiles. AC wasn't working. Only a small part of the food menu was available and it was a 40 minute drive to the town. We requested cutlery, not supplied. Pepsi was warm as the kitchen fridge had been turned off. At breakfast, as westerners, we requested fried eggs on toast. Despite showing pictures of what we were and asking for, by the third attempt we……

“It’s a lovely location away from the busy areas. Staff have excellent service. You can not walk anywhere outside the property. Breakfast was good. We did not get to use the infinity pool - but views from there are spectacular. ”

“The upside Views and birdlife were amazing Room was ok decent bed and decent washroom The downside Property is not walkable at all. The steps are high, uneven, with stones sticking out and few places to hold while ascending and descending steep areas. The only restaurant is down a steep descent. Since the property is in a remote area this is the only eating option. Breakfast buffet was below average. The property overall has a rundown look to it. The entrance road is in disrepair.”
