“Safe clean and great place”

“It is in a rough area, the room was clean and the staff friendly enough. The room had a burnt out bulb upon entry, and the front desk was good about coming and changing the whole fixture immediately. The restaurant was NOT open for breakfast on the weekend (i left by 830am both weekend days and was assured it would open at 9am... but i didnt stick around to find out) so we were offered sandwiches and desseet squares that were extremely mediocre. Monday morning the restaurant opened at 8am and……

“Mediocre breakfast. Some sort of egg pies. (Not good all, taste or texture). Hashbrowns were not appealing. Bacon was okay. Pastries not much of a selection (breads etc). No bagels. No waffle bar. Room okay for everything we needed. Bathroom was clean. Doors very noisy. Need more elevators for sure. Overall, the hotel definitely needs an upgrade. ”

“Great stay, love that you can select rooms that are pet friendly! Only complaint is that first thing in the morning- around 7:30-8am someone had opened our door and was about to come in before shutting it quickly.. I was still just waking up so couldn’t see if it was housekeeping or not but either way not too happy.. no knock, no announcement and the do not disturb sign was still on so not sure why they felt the need to barge right in..”

“Great experience overall, the price was incredibly good for what it was, the bathroom is shared but it is kept clean, the room was in great condition and the bed was comfy, the staff are friendly and helpful, I would stay again!”

“Premium room was really no different then a regular room. For the rate. The kuireg machine wasnt working and I was sure breakfast was included when I booked but ended up not. The food at rhe hub could be a bit better for the price. Especially the bannock it was rock hard.”
