Ideal for families visiting Paris

The area is very safe and quite with a nearby supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaning, takeaway and restaurants. The underground (Metro) station is 5 minutes easy walk and 4 stops (14 minutes) to central Paris, while the train station is the same but at the opposite direction and 40 minutes to Palace of Versallies. Overall, it score 4/5, however the staff manners and desire to help exceeds our expectations and more than 5/5. Thank you all specially Mr Faris.

Excellent customer service. Hotel staff were very nice and ever willing to assist. Location is pretty good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Unable to sleep

The room was meant to be air conditioned and it was really hot and it didn't work so didn't sleep at all in 8 days told the guy at front desk numerous times but did nothing. The breakfast was terrible only cold stuff no cooked breakfast at all although it costs 10 euros. The room was clean and tidy. The TV had no English channels at all everything was in French which I didn't speak. The only good thing about hotel it was cheap. No vegetarian food apart from bread and croissants. You have to pay for tea and coffee which is a first. Tea and coffee is normally free but here it's 2 euros.

Air conditioning in the hotel was in working order but the outside temperatures were above 33 ° C. Our breakfast consists of products: fruit salad, dairy products, cereals, eggs and dried fruit shells that can enter into the composition of a vegetarian offering. Pros: Clean, quiet
Cons: Unnaceptable to have the water cut off with no explanation.
Location: No good restaurants within walking distance
It was ok - room clean and quiet. But there was no water overnight and my colleagues had a fire alarm the next day at 5.00 in the morning

Dear Anne, We thank you for your comments following your stay at the hotel Ibis Vanves parc des expositions. Regarding the water cut, we are very sorry but it was the whole block because of outside works made by Veolia France company. Reagrding the alarm, it is due to a dysfonction of our heating system. For security reasons, the alarm rings for 5 minutes and can't be stoped even if the problem is solved. Despite these incidents, we hope to keep your trust and to welcome you again soon. Best regards
