Comfortable, secure, and in a great location.Posted Sep 8, 2015
Comfortable, secure hotel only five minutes' walk from the sea. Walls were thin and carpet was stained, but the bed was cozy, the room was air-conditioned, bathroom had been recently renovated, staff was helpful and friendly (not to be taken for granted in Bulgaria), and breakfast was excellent.

Leitungswasser riecht manchmal unangenehm! WC-Papier ist Mangelware !!! Die Kaffeetassen sehr oft verschmutzt beim Frühstücken :0(

Best location in VarnaPosted Sep 5, 2014 on Hotels
Very good location, extremely good view from the rooms. If you stay in renovated room you cannot complain about comfort.

This is not a 4 star hotel, at best a 2 star...Posted Aug 22, 2014 on Hotels
This place is a disaster. A communist built hotel with communist era type service. No working WiFi despite what is advertised. Pimps hanging around outside hassling you about just about everything. The location is decent. Service is "take or leave it" attitude. I am pretty sure they charged me twice for the stay, once cash and they hit my card up once I left the place (my bank confirmed this)... be very careful with this place. BTW, charged me more than a dollar to print my boarding pass, just to add insult to injury. I would not stay here if it was the last joint around the Black Sea... I would change my plans and go somewhere else. I was here on business and had no choice.

Upgraded old communist place with the best viewsPosted Jun 12, 2014 on Hotels
So this place was build by the communists and is probably still run by the same people. Still its upper floors are renovated, the higher standard rooms have amazing views over the city and rooms are large. Staff definitely can do with a course of efficiency but at the price per night - its a fall-back from the more expensive options in town.

Great locationPosted Apr 20, 2014 on Hotels
Not satisfied with the stay. The hot water was'n hot enough, that posess a risk of norovirus. I've asked the reception to mend or replace the broken T V in my room. Nothing has been done, maybe because of my short stay. The choice of breakfast buffet was rather small. Fortunatelly there is Costa cafe and local bakeries around offers tasty cheese pastry. Otherwise great location, very close to the sea and shopping lines.
