“Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good and the service was amazing! We truly appreciated our study at this Ruby hotel. We arrived before the check in time and were offered a coffee and water upon arriving. Our room was ready an we were allowed to go in before the check in time! We were not expecting that at all but it felt so caring, since we had been traveling for over 20 hours and really needed a place to rest! ”
