This is a lovely hotel. Fantastic breakfast in a rooftop terrace. Great location near the Vatican city. Staff very friendly.

It’s an apartment style hotel and the apartment we got was a nice one with nice street views. Walkable to St. Peter’s square. Metro station is about 10 minutes away and didn’t feel safe walking back to the hotel in the night. If you are in groups, hotel is great. And the breakfast is just normal.

Amazing place for our stay in Rome. Quiet part of the city next to the Vatican. An easy walk to all the other major sites. Amazing restaurants steps away. The views from the top floor (where free breakfast is served every morning) were spectacular. We could not have asked for a better hotel / apartment experience. It’s a 10/10. The staff were incredibly helpful. When we come back, it will be Trianon Borgo Pio without a second thought.

Este hotel fue más que perfecto para mi y mi familia, el desayuno muy bueno y con mucha variedad. La localización es excelente, la habitación era súper amplia y cómoda con 2 baños. Our 4 nights in Rome were amazing. The Trianon was so clean, beautiful and spacious. We especially enjoyed the view of the Basilica every morning from the breakfast area. So amazing! Would stay here again.

The property is very clean, has an elevator, air conditioner and is close to the main attractions in Rome. The room is like an small apartment with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and others utensils. In general all the staff who work at the hotel are very attentive and helpful. It is a good place to stay if you decide to go to Rome.

I had a wonderful trip thanks to staying here. It’s place had everything we needed and it was safe. Walking distance from Vatican, and also walking distance to many restaurants. Such a wonderful oasis to rest your head in Rome. The location is on a quiet side street a 5 min walk to the Vatican. An easy walk to anywhere you'd like to visit. Public transportation is nearby. The rooms are all small apartments, lots of room, well equipped kitchenette with a sitting area. Bathrooms are well appointed. We found the beds comfy. Breakfast is included on the rooftop with a spectacular view of St Peters, with a great variety to choose from. An added bonus is the kindness of the staff! We had a lovely stay.

Excellent location for a visit to Rome. Nicely appointed rooms with kitchen; looked almost brand new. The staff was friendly and helpful. A great breakfast; from 7:30 am. Laundry facilities (free) in the building. Plenty of great restaurants and shops in the area. Some notes; the building has one of those high-tech systems where you put your room key in the wall while you are there, remove it when you leave, and it turns off all the lights and adjust the air conditioning. In our room, the air conditioning was set at 23 degrees which is a touch warm for a room with windows facing the sun all day. We could adjust the temp on the system, which is to say the numbers would change on the thermostat, but it didn't actually seem to change anything. Not a drama, so still 5 stars, but worth noting. Would definitely return.

We were very impressed by the cleanliness and modernity of the inside of this hotel. The room was larger than expected. The staff help arrange for shuttles from the airport and the cruise ship. I would recommend this establishment highly. The proximity to dining and shopping as well as walking distance to sites was very convenient.

This hotel is great! The locations is great if you want to be near the Vatican area. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would be great base for a longer term stay or several people. Easy check in and communication, English speaking from desk workers. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean. The rooms are very spacious and walkable to Vatican City and many restaurants around. The breakfast selection could be improved but not bad overall. They also have laundry room for free which makes it even better if you want to clean your clothes before heading back! Would recommend
