Via Virgilio 1 E/F/G, Rome 00193 - Map
"Perfect Location."
Close to most attractions. Plenty of good dining and shopping close by. Very quite location with good views. We stayed for 6 nights and always left the Do Not Disturb sign outside the door but housekeeping still came in the room. When I seen them to ask for toilet paper, she proceeded to open the door and show me that they had made up the room. I was a little taken back and still didn't get the toilet paper. Also, this might be a Europe tradition but there was no clock. Front desk was very helpful. Gave us a map when we checked in and pointed out the best dining and shopping within walking distance. They also printed our boarding passes which was a huge time saver at the airport since Rome airport wouldn't allow electronic boarding. I would gladly stay here again.

Pocket Guide: Rome Vatican NH Hotels

The world's smallest country, Vatican City is dominated by St Peter's, Christendom's largest church. Michelangelo's humbling 'Pietà' and his Sistine Chapel ceiling frescos are among the world's greatest works of art. The Aurelio area is named after the ancient Via Aurelia, the main road that connected Rome with Spain, and is convenient for visiting the city's sights.
