We had two stays here within a few days. The property is nice but I would say it didn’t seem there seems to be a person I charge. Everywhere we ran into problems — from checkin, to quality of room ( first room had no ac or soaps and despite us complaining it took 3 hours to rectify). The restaurant manager on night shift was rude and wouldn’t let us sit with our kids at 9:45 pm in the lobby area ( despite us getting permission from the hotel reception). Even though checkout is at noon, we had cleaning crews constantly knocking on our doors starting at 11 am and expressed annoyance that we haven’t left yet. Talking to the front desk it appeared we shouldn’t have experienced any of this but of course the hotel doesn’t seem to have a manager who can help solve these issues. We felt employees were doing what they could with very little supervision or coordination from anyone. It was a terrible experience considering it is a Novotel and we wouldn’t recommend this place to others with family( maybe okay if you are single in business)

Dear Sir,We regret that your stay didn't achieved your expectations.Regarding the rooms the A/C,it works but duo the outside heat are some rooms that it gets faster cooler than others and when you mention it in 5 minutes your room was changed and you keept the other room for you luggage.For the soap dispencer at on point it ends and we replace it when you ask.Regarding the restaurant we are very sorry that you get the feeling that the employee was rude , he was trying to say that we have a restaurant and you can't have a table with outside food and he propose that you have to have at least a drink here in order for you to be able to enjoy the dinner at the restaurant with outside food.The mistake was that the receptionist had to ask first if is possible and not confirm it right away and for this the receptionist propose that if you like you can eat in the lobby aria.Once again we regret that you confront all this issues and we are thankful for letting us now to be able to improve our selfs .Thank you and hopefully we will see you again for you to see how we improve.

Staff was great but room ac was not working, soap in bathroom was missing and not refilled and restaurant manager wouldn’t let us use a table at 9:45 pm when we tried to sit in lobby and have pizza. He was pretty rude. Probably not a hotel we are coming back to

Easily reachable location on the ring road, at the edge of the old town. The hotel has its own subterranean parking. We had a large Executive Room, with an excellent bed and bathroom, and we were offered free water and soft drinks. Very good breakfast

Great location. Very nice, modern and updated hotel. Clean and comfortable. Excellent pool, kids enjoyed their swim time. Breakfast was included. Huge variety, fresh fruit and vegetables. Would definitely recommend staying here.

A big plus is the parking €12 per 24 hours and free charging for our hybrid vehicle The air conditioning was not cooling the room and with temperatures of over 25c it was very uncomfortable to sleep. There was a fowl order coming from the bathroom sink The staff were generally helpful

Very good hotel 4 location & comfort for tourists
This hotel was in a very good location to everything you need to experience while staying in Avignon. Just outside the city wall, easy walking to many sites and restaurants. Safe neighborhood, quality hotel, friendly staff, and the breakfast was healthy and fulfilling for a day of touring. Highly recommend it for any age.

Réception staf were excellent and extremely helpful. Bar staff were ok but didn’t really go out of their way to help. Area was so close to the town. Parking was underneath and secure. Lift from car park. Nice size rooms. Would stay here again

Avignon comfortable and modern
Outside the walls of the old city and an easy stroll to the main tourist attractions and restauarants. On site parking/ Overall a great stay. The rooms while only tw years old and still ok are showing a lot of wear and tear, but it was still comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good with lots of choices and decent coffee.
