Service and management was horrible

When we checked in it was as if we were inconveniencing the woman checking us in. She neglected to give us details about breakfast, where our room was, etc. and checked us in while on the phone. Furthermore, our $100 deposit was never refunded after we checked out. We were told it would take a few days to show back up on our bank statement because of the exchange between Canada and US currency. We called numerous times and left messages to have this sorted out with no response. Don't let this place rip you off too!
