The rooms are large and the bed is comfortable. I really like everything. The only thing that can improve is the TV. It's old. :)

Great except shower issues!

We stayed here after a Leaf game. Everything was great until we went to use the shower in the morning. The shower is a combination with a hand held part and a rain part. We figured that part out easily. The problem was the water temperature! The shower would only turn on or off. There was no way to change the temperature. I’m not sure if the handle was broken or if there was somewhere else to change the temperature. If it was somewhere else there was no identification for it and I tried everything. The temperature of the water was “scalding hot” and I like hot water but this was impossible to use. Needless to say we were in a hurry to checkout so I didn’t call for assistance we just cleaned up at the sink and left. I’m sure these reviews are shared with the hotels so hopefully they can take care of that issue.

Large clean rooms

Room was larger than I expected. Everything was very clean. Excellent shower and bathroom. TV seemed a bit old but other than that I highly recommend it.

Great hotel, awesome location

Novotel is amazing, Beautiful , clean rooms, awesome staff, comfy beds, Vaughn mills literally a couple min walk. Will stay here again.

Very relaxing stay.

Pros: Very clean establishment. A polite and knowledgeable staff. Set up nicely with all the amenities like pool, restaurant/bar, workout area, wifi, etc.
Cons: Faster wifi
Location: Location was great. Just off Hwy. 400 and right beside the The Bass Pro/Vaughn Mills mall and other shopping centres. Canada's Wonderland is close by
Very comforting stay. The staff was great to deal with.

Convenient proximity to Vaughan Mills Shopping

Excellent hotel which is right beside the Vaughan Mills Mall. Very clean with friendly staff. The very tasty hold and cold breakfast was not included but was only $15 for each adult. Kids accompanied with a paying adult were free. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub which were empty both times we used it. The one negative was that the Wifi was poor quality. We ended up using our cellular connection instead. The staff has told us that they are upgrading the Wifi system so it should be fixed for our next visit.
