"This was my second time staying at this property I like that it is walking distance to the beach and also walking distance to a few activities .. however the pool was close they do not mention that on line I was very disappointed because they room I booked I did not get I got a different room the view was nice but the patio was nasty and the room was not all of that it’s was okay I guess since we weren’t spending all the time in the hotel room .. not sure as yet if I would be staying there again...

Simple, but has all the amenities you need during your stay (kitcken doesn’t have a microwave but has a fridge and oven you can use), AC/fan, etc. The staff was really awesome and helpful not only with our apartment but giving out tips and making sure everything was smooth during our stay. "It was three of us in a room. Air-conditioner seemed to not stay the same temperature during the night, and parking sucked, and shower floor wasnt leveled so water kept running out. "Beautiful property that is very clean and well kept. The closeness to a really good beach at Ocean Park huge plus. The neighborhood is rough. It is obviously moving in the right direction, but if you are not used to a city living it might seem unsafe. I never felt unsafe, but I am from Chicago and used to this type of neighborhood."

"After a year of marriage, my wife and I finally went on a honeymoon. The penthouse was perfect and a fraction of resort fees. It was very comfortable, clean and had the greatest view, plus beach chairs. Shopping for basic needs was easy and in walking distance. After a great day at the beautiful beach which is in walking distance and dinner at Diego’s, we relaxed in comfort, with AC and Netflix. I highly recommend the “penthouse.” And thank you, Wilfredo for being a great host. Bravo! 👏"

"The place is right across from tide pools which were perfect for little kids and adults alike - 1 minute west, the beach was awesome for kiteboarding - lots of surf and great winds.
