“Everything was absolutely amazing and as described. A great price for a great property with all the amenities you could ever want in an vacation rental. Very close to multiple beaches, short drive to multiple dining facilities and shopping centers, and less than an hour from the city of San Juan. A little hard to find but the owner does give specific directions when they provide the check in information. Owner was very communicative and was willing to offer many suggestions for beaches and……

“There price was a good value for the rooms that it provided. But the place needs some up keep to make it enjoyable. The laundry room was full of dirty linen and the dryer did not work. We had a lot of rain on night where the first floor was getting flooded and water was sipping on the upper floor bathroom window. Each bathroom sink was draining poorly I had to go with a plunger to relieve the water. There are several windows that do not close and the screens are dirty and sticky. The terrace on……
