“Unfortunately no one was on reception when I arrived so I was stuck in the rain for 15 mins. The room was very big with a large bath and shower. The member of staff covering breakfast was late, this meant my waiting taxi charged extra and I was late for work. The contract number for the hotel was in Thailand so not convenient and didn't answer. The local communication was good however. ”
