A little off the beaten path but situated in a neighborhood with plenty of options. Staff was courteous and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

It was a quiet hotel! Gianluca and Federica were amazing staff and made sure everything was taken care of as soon as possible! While they're not fancy rooms, the little things such as the hand soap and body wash make up for it! I was especially lucky with the balcony where I was able to overlook the courtyard and hear the daily chatter!

Great room and great hosts
We arrived via an overnight train from Rome and we were very pleased to be able to check in early in the morning. Not only was our room air conditioned and inviting, we had a small set of stair to our bathroom and a door leading to a small little patio space. 12 min from the train station and easy to find after getting lost in Venice constantly. Thank you for a wonder stay.

Overall, the hotel was very nice! It met my expectations for a clean but affordable hotel and the rooms were very well maintained. The staff was very helpful. My only complaints are that the hot water was very limited, and the rooms were not soundproof, which was unfortunate given the guests arriving and leaving at all hours of the night.

Great stay. The room was clean, AC was cold. The only thing was they didn't have an elevator so you have to carry your luggage. Overall, great stay and an amazing staff!

This is an excellent value for money place to stay in Rome. We arrived from the airport by water bus to Ca Risonnico then it was a 10 min walk using google maps. The room is very quiet and the next door attached restaurant was excellent. We slept well, the shower hot and the bed comfortable. Also not far from the people mover stop a 7 min walk. Totally recommend buying the water bus option to get around Venice.

The hotel was located between ideally between the train station and centre of Venice. The room had everything you needed despite being outdated. The hot water was temperamental but the room was clean. All in all, a good 2 night stay.

A nice hotel with a very convient location - 10 min from the bus stop and about 15-20 min to the Rialto bridge. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was quite small, but clean. The only downfall was that there was no hot water the first day we arrived, but it was available the second day. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and will stay there again if we make it back to Venice!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful time. Frederica checked us in with a warm friendly smile and made us feel right at home. Every time we entered the hotel, it smelled incredible. We felt safe, clean, and taken care of. Not to mention the perfect location right in the middle of the cobblestoned streets. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Over-priced... But location is OK
To be honest.. I dont know why this hotel even exists.. And it should not be even 1 star. 8.2 rating seems very fake. Room had "see through" door on shower. Hot water was not working. I couldnt give shower to my 3 year old son. Very overpriced.. 178 euros for 2 nights??? Ive seen better.

Venice is a small place so real-estate is at premium. The room is large enough. When I arrive, the greeting was done by a waiter from the restaurant next door. He rushed me thru showing the key and the internet. He has not interest handling this at all. There is no daily service as I expect in a normal hotel.

Fabulous Place.
Ideal location, very near to Piazzale roma and Santa Maria Train station, yet in a quiet and comfortable location. Reasonable price compared with other similar listings. Free luggage storage facility after check out was a huge relief. You can walk to almost any main attraction of Venice from here. Good options for food nearby.

Nice place
Nice place to stay. We could get by foot everywhere we wanted to go, so it was a plus. The room was clean and had the shower and a sink in it. Service was great. The only down was that since the building is old, it got very noisy especially in the morning. The cleaning staff was starting their job too early sometimes (first day was 8AM) and we could hear pretty much everyone coming in or out of their rooms all the time, because of the slamming doors. But overall, we enjoyed it !

Lovely hotel, lovely people, good location
I stayed here for 4 nights with my adult daughters, 5 minutes walk from the Piazzale Roma and well placed for walking to Rialto Bridge and St Marcs square. We had a triple room on the 2nd floor with a balcony over looking the street which was lovely. There was a shower and sink in the room and the toilet was on the 3rd floor. The room was very clean. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival. I would definitely stay here again and look forward to returning in the future
