Small shower entrance
The entrance to the shower was about 10.5 inches wide so unless you can fit your body in an opening less than a foot wide you can not use the shower

The hotel has a unique touch in the decoration. Also a nice smell of herbs & mint. Room was very neat. Shower head in my room was broken, but no big deal I made it work.

Amazing location near central station. Clean linens and bathroom, but the room could seriously use some dusting. The sofas and stands were very dusty. Also, the staff are not very friendly. Alex checked us out and he was very dismissive and condescending.

Definitely not a 4 star. The hotel was conveniently located close to the train station so that made it nice. It was walkable to everything. There are restaurants & shopping right outside the front door. There were a lot of options at the breakfast buffet. The room was in need of some updating. A good coat of paint would do it good. The furniture was old and dated. Also the room needed to be cleaned better as there were spiderwebs in several of the corners.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient as its just a 10min walk from the bus station and saves you the hassle from dragging your luggage over the mini bridges and steps. Room was pretty decent and also had a balcony. One negative thing is that there arent many plug sockets in the room but was able to make do. Theres also many food, cafe and souvenir shops just outside too

Property is a very short distance from the train station, making it easy to walk there with luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an amazing experience. Everything clean, cleaning service in the room was great and safe with our belongings. Alberto was a very kind gentleman and went out of his way showing us all the nice places we could visit on the map. Overall, it was a nice experience. I will definitely come back to this hotel.

Nice place. A/C worked great. Comfy bed. Big room. Stylish bathroom. Friendly staff. Typical ‘Engligh-style’ breakfast (fruits, meats, cheeses, yogurt, breads). In a charming part of town that mixes tourists with locals. Alilaguna vaparetto easily takes you from and to the airport. Bring earbuds for the noisy seagulls

We ended up arriving about 2am. It was nice to be able to check in so late. We would have like to have a bit later check out but they let us store our luggage at the hotel until we needed to catch the train. It would have been easier to access in the daytime.

Great place, bad AC
Place is beautiful old place near the train station. Convenient location for train and vaporettos, although far from st. Marks square. They say it is air conditioned, but can’t cool below 80 degrees, or at least our room wasn’t. It was often cooler outside than inside, but I was able to open a window to help.

For me this was about expectation. I booked a superior room in a four star hotel. I was disappointed. I have no idea how this hotel was rated four star. The whole place is tired and in need of refurbishment and some of the colours are vibrant to the extreme. However if you want a place to stay with a comfortable bed in this district near the public transport then it is a very convenient hotel. The breakfast was ok but not what you would expect in a four star hotel. There were the paper cups on the breakfast table, no glasses, which were unattractive and not eco friendly. There was one receptionist who told me that the bus to the airport would be very busy and crowded with a lot of traffic and therefore best if he organised a tax at €70. We took the bus which got to the airport in less than 20 mins with no traffic and plenty of space, thankfully ignoring his advice. The hotel is in a busy street near the bus station and the train station. There are water taxi and bus stops each side and it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. Our room was first floor over the street which was noisy especially with the window open as the AC was poor.

Great location. Disappointed regarding the room, we even had to switch. The online pictures show a great classic Venetian-style hotel sadly in person it doesn't meet that expectation. March visit.

Great location. A few minutes walk with your bags from the train station. Plenty of shopping/restaurants/bars in a 5 minute area and around one mile from Piazza San Marco. Would definitely stay again.

My stay was very pleasant, all of the front desk employees were very helpful and personable making it a great experience. The hotel and room were very clean and the location very convenient, steps from the main train station. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Venice.

A very nice hotel, with delicious buffet breakfast! It is quite close to the train station and to the bus terminal, not too far from the Campus San Giobbe of Ca' Foscari University. Even though it is not very close to the Rialto bridge or St. Mark Square, the walk through the narrow streets and the several bridges to cross the canals is absolutely worthy. A supermarket, restaurants, and cafes are all in the same street. The reception desk can book for you trips to Murano and Burano islands.
