Easy access to VenicePosted Sep 29, 2015
Beautiful hotel, easy access to Venice without the crowds. An old convent, tastefully renovated. I love it.

Perfect facilities, amenity and service from the staff. The location of the hotel is not a big problem since there's chartered boat from the hotel that goes to the main land frequently. I will definitely go back to the hotel next time when I visit Venice.

Great Hotel away from the CrowdPosted Sep 22, 2015
Venice is always crowded with tourists because it is a wonderful, charming city. The Palladio resort is only a 5 minute boat ride away from the main tourist areas of Venice and the island where it is located is very quiet but still has many great restrauants. The hotel provides a shuttle every 1/2 hour so it is very easy to get to the main island any time. The gardens at the hotel are beautiful and the spa is amazing.

Perfect for a stay in VenicePosted Sep 8, 2015
I researched Venice and liked the sound of the Bauer hotels. Chose The Palladio. Received a room upgrade on arrival. Wonderful room, subtle, stylish, understated decor. Beautiful garden, peaceful, spacious, calm buildings and public spaces. Felt welcome and comfortable the whole time. Complimentary shuttle boat to central Venice so convenient. Views from hotel magnificent. Couldn't fault Palladio in any way. Just great!

tranquil havenPosted Sep 3, 2015
the most tranquil haven from the hustle and bustle of Venice in the most beautiful surroundings was the icing on the cake of our short break to Venice. A much preferred location to its sister hotel the Bauer across the water.

A haven of calm and tranquilityPosted Aug 24, 2015
Pros: See above
Cons: Down pillows
Location: Venice is a 10 minute boat trip away, with the voyage giving you a great opportunity to view, the Grand Canal in all its glory!
The Bauer Palladio, Guidecca Venice, was excellent in every way. The staff were helpful and pleasant even before we got to the hotel. The rooms were kept spotless and were very comfortable. The free boat service to Venice drops you off very close to the Piazza St Marco and the Captain(s) were very professional but friendly. The restaurant from morning to night cooked and prepared excellent food with the kitchens and chefs open to view. The Spa was by far the highlight of our stay at the Palladio. Extremely proficient staff provided us our best spa experience ever and the view from the relaxation room over looking the lagoon in the direction of St Marks and the Doge's palace unforgettable. The exchange rates certainly helped but the whole stay was very good value for the wonderful experience we had.

Endroit exceptionnelPosted Aug 24, 2015

We appriciate that considering every detail for us. It was a real Venezian experiment. Hopefully see you next time in Venezia again but this time with all of our family. PS: we have been several hotels some of them was 7 star hotels, spa prices were expensive comparing with them:)

Un couvent devenu oasis... Face à San Marco.Posted Jul 5, 2015
