Nice hotel with fantastic location.Posted Aug 31, 2015
Pros: Excellent location, staff friendly, breakfast adequate.
Cons: The bed was a little uncomfortable.
Location: Great location just off St Marks Square. We just walked and walked and were always able to find our way home due to the street signs.
This hotel was in a fantastic location. Close to St Marks Square and the Rialto Bridge. The water taxi dropped us off close to the hotel. Very basic breakfast, but sufficient. The room was small but adequate, although the bed was a little old and a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again as it fitted our needs.

Bathroom was Spotless. Room is a bit dated but very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Several people working in the reception desk so be prepare. You may be asked to show proof of prepayment. It was a good thing I printed a copy of the paid confirmation invoice with me on the trip.

Boutique hotel with Venetian spiritPosted Aug 9, 2015
Location is amazing, close to restaurants and sightseeing attractions. Don't trave with heavy bags because in Venice you will have to carry your bags to the hotel from canalside (not unique to this hotel). The hotel is approx 10 min walk from waterbus stop. Superb stuff. Professional & friendly. Breakfast is included & for 5euro room service charge you can have nice lazy morning with no need to go down to the lobby for breakfast. Hotel decorations created the feel of old Venice.

Nice hotel everything close byPosted Aug 6, 2015
Pros: Room, breakfast ok, location
Cons: Hotel staff who don't go through your things and steal from you.
Location: Sight seeing mostly, enjoyed dining out.
It would have been a good stay but if you leave any valuable in your room, it is likely it will be stolen. Forgot and left a valuable prescription sun glass in room, it was out of sight, it was stolen. That day, came back to room in the afternoon and found a woman from hotel inside, the was already cleaned earlier. She rushed out without saying anything, she appeared to be a supervisor with cleaning staff. We looked around but did not find anything missing until after we checked out of the hotel. The theft was neatly done, nothing was disturbed. This tarnished a good stay at this hotel.

Easy to access, Near city center.Posted Aug 5, 2015
Pros: Location, Breakfast, Staff, Cleanness, Etc..
Cons: Bed Mattress, Change the twin mattress on the double beds.
Location: Located just in the middle of Venice, near Saint Marco. Many souvenir shops, Italian cuisines, Coffee shops and Bars. Just perfect....................
Every thing was just fine. Delicious breakfast, nice hotel staff, Clean rooms with good facilities. The only negative point was the Double bed with exasperated twin mattress.

Hotel is not upto the markPosted Jul 30, 2015
The room allotted to us was dingy with bare minimum space to move in the room. no water was made available in the room. It is a sham under the brand name.

Pro and conPosted Jul 15, 2015
Pros: Great location off the St. Marc square and the hotel's 5 star amenities.
Cons: See comment on A/C.
Location: 1) Sunday Mass in St. Marc church. 2) Superb restaurants everywhere nearby and some with excellent music.
Overall this hotel is perfectly located near St Marc square's sights, the transportation on the Grand Canal and excellent restaurants and shops. The staff was superb, the guest rooms are large with fine baths, elevator is available, and the morning breakfast is among the best I have ever experienced in all of Europe. A minor negative during my 2 day stay in July was my room was somewhat warm in afternoon despite an air conditioner.
