Good stay, friendly staff, but wifi didn't work

The hotel is in the Jewish neighborhood of Venice. It is very residential and a short walk to the "tourist" places of Venice. Quiet neighborhood. Nice, clean, and offers dining options: breakfast buffet (9 euros per person) and has an evening bar with small meal options. The only complaint is the wifi didn't work for us at all the whole time. They told us it was a problem they had with Apple products from the USA and Central and South America. Hmm.
