Did not know that Fairfield only has housekeeping service once every three days, fresh towels by request only; yet, nightly rate does not reflect decrease in service. Will switch to another chain in the future!

One day our room wasn't done. Another day the full garbage can under the desk wasn't emptied. On two ways of our 7 night stay the bed was carelessly made. We stayed in room 426.

Very kind and helpful staff. Only downside is the rooms facing the highway are very loud. It starts around 4:30 am.

Worked well for my needs. Staff very nice and helpful. Water in shower weak (got notice on last day they were servicing water). No anti-slip mat or surface for tub is dangerous. No milk available in small market area to purchase for in-room tea/coffee. Liked there were two types of pillows, and mattress was quite comfortable, so good night’s sleep. Very convenient to local restaurants and stores and highway.

I will not be staying at Fairfield Inn again in this location, at least because even though the staff is great, it’s conveniently located and the property is clean, they do not recycle plastic in the dining room, and everything is in plastic! Plastic, spoons, plastic, forks, plastic around all the cups in the rooms, and no recycling! climate change is real. I applaud you for getting the large shampoo and soap containers in the bathrooms and showers. Let me know when you get up-to-date on recycling your plastic waste from breakfast and I will be happy to come back butright now I’m voting with my pocketbook.
