The staff was incredibly polite and helpful! We landed late and there were not any restaurants near. The concierge offered to keep the hotel restaurant open for us(we declined as we did not want to be rude) and then provided helpful recommendations for ordering food for delivery. Because our flight left early in the morning, they arranged a taxi to take us to the airport. The hotel room was clean and spacious. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Good stay close to Venice with ammenities such as free parking and buffet breakfast at a cost. Tickets for bus and vaporetto sold at counter. Great service at the restaurant, Marta was a great host! Everyone at restaurants kept it spotless

Highly recommended for a Venice trip!
Room was comfortable, clean, and had a few channels in English. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of options. Convenient as the bus stop is at the end of the entrance. Great bar in the hotel.

I had an excellent stay here during my trip to Italy this year. Its a clean modern place and ideal for anybody visiting venice. Breakfast options are good and for transit, there is a bus stop next to the property. You can get city center within a few minutes.

It was one of the better hotels in Venice to stay in. My wife and I were scared to catch bed bugs as other European countries are suffering from infections but this hotel went above and beyond with the measures it took to make sure from lobby to the room, everything was well organized and clean.

Stunning modern décor. The staff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options. The room was impeccable and well appointed; the bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be better pillows or a choice of firmer ones. The bed had three down pillows that were not very full. Not the best for side sleepers. To be fair, perhaps they had others but we only stayed one night so did not have an opportunity to find out.
