The room was extremely small and there was no place for our small carry on luggage. In addition the thermostat was broken and we could not get the of the room below 25 degrees. Would not stay there again.

Dear sir,we are deeply sorry to read your comment.the standard room is our small double ! with just a slight difference in price you could have had chosen the confort one much larger! next time read the comments that previous guest had left .as far as the thermostat it is not broken,airconditioning is not on in March with 6/10 degrees outside the heating is still on !Sincerely

Perfect bijou hotel 2 mins from Rialto Bridge. Rooms are large and bathroom fittings are top quality.. Everyone of the staff is kind, friendly and efficient. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location in the centre of Venice, within walking distance to most areas. Plenty of restaurants and shops around. Our room was small, but clean & comfortable with great water pressure in the shower and Netflix available on the TV. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly also. The alley leading to the hotel can get quite crowded with patrons from at the bar/restaurant, so it can be annoying trying to get through everyone, but other than that we had a great stay and would happily stay here again 😊

Would not recommend. We stayed here two nights and hardly slept. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows were the thickness of a slice of pizza. The walls are very thin so we could hear every word of our neighbor’s conversation even though they spoke at a normal speaking volume. Additionally, there is a bar below the hotel so that noise drifts upward until about 1AM. Lastly, our room was very hot. The AC was turned off for the entire hotel so they told us we could only open a window. Well due to the fact that the window opens to a courtyard, there is no airflow so hardly any cool air actually enters the room. Also, opening the windows to cool the room at night to sleep thereby amplifies the noise from the bar downstairs. Not good.

Dear Sir,you stayed in our hotel in febraury winter time when heating is on not AC!!! with 4 outside it is out of any immagination to turn it on ! you could have swith the heating into fan which could help the airflow!in the all the bedrooms we provide 4 pillows and are pretty thick on top you had a triple room assigned so inside the wardrobe there were 2 mores at your use !!!the bar downstairs is present and we cannot do anything if you are a light sleeeper you coud have chosen a different hotel , your room was on the 3rd floor so far enough from the bar ! next time read the reviews on a hotel before booking it to avoid unconfortable stay !

Excellent on all the categories. Somehow there is a glitch that I can only click one category and not the others. Definitely will stay on this hotel again. Centrally located, quiet, clean, people are friendly and helpful.

You could not ask for a better location. Really close to plenty of tourist attractions, transport links and lots of food options nearby. One significant thing to note is the very popular bar downstairs - unless you're a very heavy sleeper I don't recommend booking here on a wwekend. This is made worse by the room overheating (sits at around 26 degrees) and the air conditioning being disabled in November (was told by staff it's winter so no air con). So you have to choose between slowly baking in your room or opening the windows to the noise, cigarette smoke and an army of mosquitoes. Otherwise OK! Pros: Location Size of Room Cleanliness Mini fridge Competitive price at this time of year Cons: Bar downstairs gets very noisy on weekends No air con in November (room too hot) Have to leave your key at reception when you leave the hotel Sound carries from upstairs and neighbouring rooms so expect lots of stomping In summary, if you are a heavy sleeper and enjoy the sauna this place is perfect. Otherwise getting some shuteye at night will be a tall ask.

On arrival we immediately felt safe and welcomed . The hotel was very convenient to St Mark's Square . When we found our bearings everywhere became accessible. Only a few minutes walk to water transport which made it easy to travel to the airport for an early flight. Staff in the hotel were fluent in English. Breakfast was fresh and very pleasant . The location and architecture of the buildings meant that space is limited and our room was not large but the room had two windows / an excellent shower / every requirement including a VERY GOOD hairdryer/ mirrors/shower cap etc.AND spotless!!!! We would certainly return

The property is conveniently located. However, the room we were given was the smallest hotel room I have ever been in. They fit a double bed in a single room, there was about 2 feet of space between the bed and the walls, there’s no place for luggage except next to the bed. We had to scoot over our luggage each time we got out of bed. It was very cramped and uncomfortable.

dear Mrs the room given was the room you booked double standard . all our standards are a small size room of course cheaper than the double confort where the size is bigger but more expensive .if it was so unconfortable you could have asked at the reception to change to a different one that you did not.

For us the hotel was perfect. Lovely room. Beautifully decorated. Excellent bathroom. Efficient and quiet air conditioning. Very convenient location. Five minutes walk to Rialto bridge and 10/12 to St. Mark’s Square. Very acceptable breakfast was 10 Euros per person. Staff were very friendly and helpful. If we go back to Venice I wouldn’t think about staying anywhere else. By the way, the hotel does not have views.

This hotel is great for the price! There is a bar on the corner so you can hear people talking at night but it isn’t anything too crazy. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It was in walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and many restaurants.

This hotel stay was amazing! The lady who ran reception was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived super early in the morning due to our overnight train and she kindly locked up our luggage until check in. The room was super clean with fresh white linen and a great waterfall shower head.

A great hotel, great location (once you find it down the alleyways, don't rely on Google maps). The staff were so helpful and with tips for what to do and were always happy to help. Hotel is very clean and the decor is tasteful and modern and really fits with Venice. I would absolutely stay again.

Kinda hard to find, but the inside looks much more inviting than the outside area. The bed was pretty comfortable, soft enough for European hotels we noticed. Staff was really kind. You have to leave your key with them before you go out for the day but there is 24 hr someone there so they give it right to you when you get back. AC was good.

Nice little hotel in a convenient location very close to Rialto bridge. A bit hard to find at first but once you do its fine. Clean and front desk was very helpful with questions I had about the city.

A little hard to find but convenient to everything. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was smaller as most European hotels but very modern and clean. They require you to leave room key at the front desk whenever you leave your room, but the desk is manned 24/7 so no issue with that. The hospitality of the front desk was very impressive compared to other hotels we stayed at in Italy.
