Good location for train station
Not a reflection on the hotel but there is no English speaking channel in Italy and with so much going on in the world, it is unsettling to be in the dark! Thank goodness for cell phones.

Look, it was Venice - Canal city. The room was very small and aircon did not work. Told this to the Spanish concierge who did her best to fix the problem. She shifted us to another room for the second night. Don't leave windows open or mosquitoes will bite. Rooms have no bar fridge...another disadvantage.

Great location good value
Great location right on grand canal short walk to train and bus station. Bed was a little hard but pillows were nice. We have stayed here 5 times and will stay again. Good value for this excellent location with many restaurants and a grocery stor close by.

Overall it did the job. Room was clean, location was great, and you couldn't hear the noise from the street. My biggest issue was poor air conditioning. I kept having to ask them to turn on the a/c, and I kept being told that it would be turned on, but the room temperature kept getting warmer. This went on for the first 4 nights I was there. Eventually the a/c was fixed - I just felt somewhat dismissed (but no one was rude about it) the first few days I had asked about it. Water pressure in the shower was also poor. Breakfast is nice.

Absolutely love Venice! The hotel was in a perfect location, nice little hotel, staff friendly, room was basic, but perfectly adequate. Breakfast was ok. Hotel located minutes from the station and the grand canal.

Cute hotel near the train station. Staff at the front desk was wonderful helping with instructions on where to go and how to get there. Shower in the bathroom was a bit small. Breakfast was included but nothing special.

Fantastic value in Venice
I picked this hotel based on being one of the most affordable available for my stay. * very close to the train station * very friendly staff * comfortable, clean room * working A/C and WiFi * included breakfast That's everything I'm looking for in a hotel room. Recommended!

Air conditioning didn’t work and smelled like sewage. Asked 3 times to lower ac but it was very hot. Breakfast was good but the heat really requires working ac.

Hello,we are sorry for the Negative grade...unfortunately, this sudden heat wave has caused our machinery to struggle more than usual.In any case, it was at most 25 degrees dehumidified in the rooms considering that we touched peaks of 40 celsius.

Excellent location, just a few steps away from the train station. It is a basic hotel and it is ok if you just want to spent a day or two in Venice without lots of conforts. For its price (almost 200 per night) i guess it could have offered us more. For example an extra pillow (it was very thin) or a bigger breakfast area. Breakfast was included in the price but the space was very small (only a few tables) and the waiters had to serve us. it was a bit weird.A buffet would have been better. Also there was a lot of noise coming from the street during the evening and it was difficult to sleep. Very friendly staff. They let us check in earlier and also keep our luggage the day of check out so we could stay a bit longer in Venice.

Hello,thank you for your review.The fact that we offer breakfast is just because we know our breakfast room can't be bigger than that.For extra pillows just ask at the front desk, we have h24 service also so we can be always present with our customers.Paying more does not mean more services, we feel that for being a 2-star we offer what our category requires.If we offered more services we should have higher prices

The room fixtures were old and falling apart. The shelf over the twin bed was loose. The batroom didnt even have a soap dish in the shower.

Simple and convenient
We chose this hotel because it was close to the train station and various restaurants, and at a good price. The decor was clean and simple if not a little dated. The windows were well-insulated from the street noise. We had a great night’s sleep ! Breakfast was very simple but tasty

El hotel está a unos cuantos minutos a pie de dónde termina el transporte de autobús desde el aeropuerto, por lo que la llegada fue rápida. El hotel también está situado a unos cuantos metros de la estación de transporte a través de los canales, que es básico para recorrer la ciudad y llegar a las islas aledañas. Cerca hay muchos restaurantes (en toda la ciudad) y una pequeña tienda de conveniencia. La localización es muy buena! Además el personal fue muy amable y dió consejos importantes para recorrer y disfrutar de la ciudad. El hotel ofrece un pequeño desayuno para empezar el día. Todo muy bien :)

Enjoyable stay
The hotel is very convenient. We arrived by train and left by air and the hotel was a short and easy walk from both the station and terminal for the shuttle bus to the airport. The room was small-ish and clean, the bathroom was very clean albeit slightly old fashioned and very compact. Breakfast was cold items only (plus tea or coffee) in quite a small communal room and represented fair value for the price paid. There are plenty of reasonably priced bars and restaurants nearby. It is easy to walk to the tourist centre of Venice from the hotel and get a water bus back. The front desk staff were pleasant and enthusiastic. A good experience.

The location was fine, but lack of windows screens, proper ventilation, resulted in mosquitoes attacks, Rooms smelled and felt dirty, breakfast was mediocre, basic with no fruit

This hotel is okay. Our rooms floor was on a slant and the bathroom was really small and cramped. It does the job if you’re out and about all day but there are other hotels nearby that are better and more comfortable for a similar price.

VENEZIA Is very crowded in Sept. Very hot The hotel carpet was very dirty. The bathroom was located out of our room. It was not stated in our order. So it was very disappointing. They also mention they have a parking spot, but when we arrived, we understood that the parking is on a private parking, lot and it cost 47 Euro per day which was crazy.

Very convenient. It is only a few minutes away from the train station and the boat dock. There are several restaurants nearby. The service of the hotel is first-class. Any problems are solved immediately. I like it very much. If I go to Venice again, I will definitely stay here again.

It was nice, staff was supper helpful and pleasant. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Centrally located on a Main Street. Restaurant recommendations by staff were very helpful. Gino’s restaurant aside of hotel was very convenient and food was excellent. Would recommend and stay there again when and if I return.
