Lovely hotel in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of St Marks Square, vaporetto, etc. Nicely decorated and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Be prepared to walk far from the train station or take water transportation. We had 5 people in the room with one bed and 2 cots and a sofa. Toiletries were provided for 4 people and one night when we were there for two. Room was cleaned but not replenished.

Love it!!! First, Rocco received us very welcoming. We had an upgrade room with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths; very very clean and so comfortable. Also, has a balcony with garden view. We enjoyed a lot our stay and recommend it.

Perfect Hotel in Venice
This hotel is amazing!! The location is perfect, you can take a vaporeto and walk a short distance from the Gran Canal or you can take a water taxi directly to the hotel. The room is beautiful, every detail is incredible and the customer service was absolutely perfect.

The property had a peaceful outdoor garden. Breakfast was on the patio looking over the garden. The breakfast included a variety of options. The air conditioning worked well and our room was spacious for three people. Two bathrooms which was unique and helpful. I would come back. If you don’t get a private taxi, you will not be dropped off at the hotel door. The hotel isn’t far but still a good hike and lifting your luggage over a bridge.
