Nice and central to public transport, bars and ret

Room was clean and staff were excellent, however the room was tiny for two people, queen bed pushed against the wall and very small bathroom! Overall service was great, and would stay again, just would want a bigger room.

Comfortable but Service could be better.

Posted Nov 8, 2016 on Hotels
The hotel is a nice old mansion that has been restored. The front desk is friendly but BE CAREFUL WITH THE 8PM check-in time limit as this is not clear until you finish the reservation. Features that definitely could be better: the size of the shower (you can't turn your body) and the breakfast service (the servers are really rude if you ask for a second cup of coffee or to warm up the freezing cold eggs they offer).

It was pleasant to be outside in the garden and consume our evening meal.

Good location in Venice

Posted Apr 7, 2016
Pros: Breakfast
Cons: Make the breakfast room bigger and have more public toilets
Location: Nice residential are
Nice hotel which is clean and delightful with its own watch tower, giving superb views over Venice. Breakfast is compact but lovely with a mix of cereals, fruit, pastries, cooked meats and bread. The staff are helpful and I would recommend this hotel as a good base to see Venice. Be prepared to spend a significant amount of money on ferries, but if you like the novelty of taking a ferry instead of a bus, you will love it.

Be warned you need to get a ferry to get to the hotel and it is good idea to get 24 hours ticket for each person. It can be used in Venice itself. The person at the ferry did not tell us this. Reception is SHUT at 8pm. It was a costly affair for us. Breakfast was good. Room is on the small size. You can easily park outside and just paid the street parking the night before and next morning. Ferry and parking cost 110 Euros extra, but you can park outside and buy 24 tickets you save yourself 35 Euros.

Lovely hotel, great service, great location

Overall a lovely stay and would really recommend this hotel. Situated on the Lido, it's in a great location just a few metres from the main street and the vaporetto. Service was excellent and staff really friendly. Breakfast room was quite small so had to wait on the first day for a table. the coffee unfortunately was cold, just switch the machine on a bit earlier! Overall though a pleasant stay and would stay here again

Three night stay in Lido

Family had a great time. Breakfast was good. Very quiet neighborhood located near cafés and only a short walk to the water bus station. Hotel needed a little bit of an update but it was a very nice stay.
