Dear Mr. Mohammad, we called you by telephone before answering publicly because your review has really surprised us a lot. You stayed at Relais Cà Sabbioni four nights, three of which you didn't even have any neighbors so we wonder how you could hear noises. By the way, every morning during breakfast we ask to every guest if there are any problems in the room or in the hotel just to be able to intervene immediately to improve the situation if necessary. Your partner and you have always said that everything was fine, so you didn't help us do our job well. If we had known that you thought this about your stay, forst of all we would have changed your room because obviously the sleep and the quiet are very important and subjective. I would like to clarify that we do not decide the classification of the stars, but rather is the region that follows certain parameters and Relais Cà Sabbioni is a 5 stars hotel in all aspects according to Italian standards. We are very sorry that the reviews are used as a weapon while our reception is open 24 hours a day and we are always available to help you, just because we love our work. All best wishes.

Dear anonymous guest, we can remember you very well. It is a pity and very curious that after explaining and giving you during (and after) the check-in all information about what to do in the famous and renowned Riviera del Brenta, you continue to name it motorway, even if it is not a motorway at all, but rather a piece of history that is still witnessed by the Venetian Villas... one is even a UNESCO heritage! It cannot be said that there is nothing to do. Just have a look at Google maps to find out where we are and reach the first town nearby in 5 minutes walking or with two bus stops. We remember you also because you ordered at the restaurant and you ate everything, you didn't leave even a crumb on the dish... so why do you write it was that terrible? We hope that you can choose better next time, however thanks for the compliments about the room.
