"Venice-Eden Lagoon House" A Salt Water Pool and Spa Oasis

Introducing Venice-Eden Lagoon House, a remodeled and decorated private home in South Venice, Florida.

Venice-Eden is spacious and comfortable with a split floor plan that offers privacy, two bedrooms with queen beds, a large living room, a Florida room with two futons, a fully equipped kitchen, multiple dining options, and a two gar garage with washer and dryer.

You will LOVE your private salt water pool and spa – a true oasis surrounded by lush tropical foliage, palm trees, bougainvillea, hibiscus, and fruit trees (lemon, tangelo, and mango); all landscaped for maximum privacy.

The outdoor spaces which include a pergola with fans, two concrete tables and benches, several Adirondack chairs, pool side chairs and loungers, a fire pit, and a hammock are maintained by mosquito nix – a safe and automatic spray system that keeps the bugs away night and day! There is also an outdoor grill and bar area with working wine cooler. which is lighted for evening cooking.

If this is not enough, five beautiful beaches are only a short distance away including the beach and fishing pier at Sharkey’s (2 miles), Manasota Beach (2 miles), and the famed Venice Beach (3 miles) – known as the shark tooth capital of the world. Grab you shark hunting basket from the garage and get to work hunting for Megalodon sharks teeth (FYI - Megalodon means “big teeth”). We have beach chairs and a beach umbrella as well as kiddie toys for all the great beaches in Venice!

Down the road from Venice Beach is historic downtown Venice with miles of boutique shopping and gourmet restaurants. There are also many golf courses in and around Venice.

Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large TV’s and access to Comcast Cable and Netflix. Free high speed internet access is also included. Property managers are a simple phone call away for anything additional you may need.

Venice Beach - A small part of paradise

Great location, very quiet and peaceful just what we needed after visiting the parks for two weeks. House is lovely with some fantastic pieces of art/artwork in all of the rooms. The best part of the house was the outside area, the pool and the seating area has been well thought out and we spent many happy hours there. Thank you for a great stay.

Relaxing Paradise

We loved the layout of the home and the way it opened up to the Florida room made it feel very spacious. The real gem to this property is the backyard. In addition to the awesome pool and spa, we used the covered grilling and bar area a lot. The back yard was huge, landscaped beautifully and was very private. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

Couldn’t ask for a better stay. You don’t even have to leave the backyard! Margo was very helpful with all questions we had also. Close to everything. If the city votes the Ferry can be used by guests again, this is a 6 star.

My family and I just returned from a weeklong stay at this property. I can't say enough good things about it! The house and grounds were very well kept and had everything that one could need for a great vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked, extra linens were provided, and there were plenty of beach towels, chairs, shark tooth sifters, etc. My kids loved the outdoor area and spent hours each day enjoying the beautiful pool area. The house is less than 10 minutes away from Caspersen and Venice beaches and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. When we start planning our vacation next year, this will be the first property I look for!

Paradise

This was our 2nd stay. We loved it just as much as the first time! The backyard is an absolute paradise. Great pool, hot tub, seating area, outdoor speakers, outdoor fridge. Fantastic ❤️ The inside is lovely. So well decorated and comfortable. We love the location. Short drive to a bunch of beaches. Our favorite is Nokomis beach. We like the quiet of South Venice- and it’s very close to grocery, restaurants, etc. don’t hesitate to rent this house!!

Amazing Stay!

This place is an amazing little paradise. It was perfect for our family. Our 3 kids, 8, 12, and 14 LOVED the backyard oasis. The mango tree in the back yard had ripe mangos which we were able to pick and they were delicious! It was a quick easy drive to several beaches. Everything was clean, cozy, and relaxing :)

So cute!

We absolutely adored the property! We had a problem with the water pipe but the property owners had a repair man out as soon as they could to have us issue fixed. It was inconvenient for the day but the owners took care of the problem quickly. The house was clean and had everything we needed for an amazing vacation. The back yard is a paradise! We didn’t want to leave and we can’t wait to come back to this beautiful property!

Lovely Property in South Venice

We had a great Christmas stay at this property in South Venice, visiting my parents for the holidays. Everything we needed to cook for a Christmas meal was there. The beds were comfortable, and linens and towels were plentiful. The pool and yard were exactly as pictured, and we loved spending time there after a day with family. It was an easy drive to Shamrock Park, where we went for walks and okayed tennis (with our own racquets).The only cons to this place, and these are very minor, are the clutter (so many beautiful items decorating every room, but it was a bit much for us), and a few things needing update- the bikes, the sound system (amazing speakers in the yard but no way to use Bluetooth that I could figure out), and the coffee pot. None of this interfered with our stay though, and we enjoyed every minute of it. We would definitely stay here again.
