There was a good choice on the breakfast menu which was delicious. Although there are three rooms in the property, there is only off road parking available for two cars and one car blocks the other in. “The owners could not have been more helpful
The propery was spotless and free parking on site was a great bonus
The location was very good within easy walking distance to all local amenities
The steps could be a problem if your mobility is limited, but this was pointed out when booking
All on all a great place to stay”

Breakfast was ok other than the mouldly brown bread, I didn't check if the kitchen was clean.
Didn't get breakfast on the 2nd morning as I arrived downstairs at 9.15 am - doors all locked up.
The room was clean and tidy - staff friendly”
