floor, furnished with a sectional, separate sitting area, and 55”
flat screen TV. Enjoy movie night, or whip up drinks at the wet bar,
complete with a wine fridge.
Home chefs will love the open-concept kitchen, a gourmet space with
granite countertops and stainless steel appliances -- including a Wolf
six-burner range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. Share festive meals around
a wood dining table for 10.

Char-broil grill and enjoy alfresco meals. There’s more outdoor
space to soak up the sun on a balcony with ocean views.
The house sleeps eight guests in three tastefully furnished bedrooms.
On the second level, the master bedroom boasts a plush California king

This property is registered as a Short-Term Vacation Rental in the
City of Ventura, permit #2291. Please note that City regulations
require a 7-night minimum stay at all vacation rentals during the

Friday in August.
