I am Very pleased with the Staff Kathy, is Very Kind & Pleasant and the Rooms are the Best for me in Ventura, not too expensive very satisfied

The hotel is kind of run down. Doors don't close right. Bathroom is falling apart. Bed is not that comfy.

We have check all the room .please advice us on which room your were in or your reservation number so we can trace and fix the orboblem . As of now it's been almost three weeks and we have no issues with any rooms . Thank you for your business

Neat, clean, friendly place to stay on a budget

My stay at Bayshore Inn was good. The best part was the excellent service from Kathy and the gentleman who I did not get his name. They were both very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and nicely updated. There were no clothes hangers, so I was glad I brought my own--that could have been a big problem, so BYOH. My only concern is that my room did not have a working deadbolt lock, which caused me to feel less safe, and I did tell the front desk upon checkout how important that is. Overall, great value and a good place to stay in Ventura.

Location was safe, good options for eats in area, room we stayed in was remodel, bed was comfortable, chair in the room was dirty and very worn

Kathy, the hotel owner, was very nice and accommodating. She worked hard to have her staff prepare our room for an early check in as well as a late check out. If you are on a budget and need a simple, clean, room for the night then I recommend this place.

not bad but needs love

the room was very clean and nice. however the bed was absolutely horrible. i laid down and the entire thing sunk in. its like they found the mattress in a old dumpster. yes it had a stove and fridge. problem is the stove was leaking gas from a line cause thats all i could smell. i had to sleep with the windows open and cieling fan at full speed. to top it off the door did not even lock properly. you could push the door open if you put weight on it. only thing keeping it closed was that top bar.
