Beach, this 3BR/2BA getaway will have you oceanfront in no time.

Recently updated, your two-story home features a welcoming open floor
plan with hardwood floors and high ceilings. Enjoy abundant indoor and
outdoor space with a lounge, a large open living area, a wraparound
balcony with peekaboo ocean vistas, and a covered patio overlooking a
charming garden.

LIVING AREAS

Spend time together in the spacious second-floor living area, which
includes a large sectional sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a 55” TV.

Downstairs you’ll find a cigar lounge that can be completely sealed
off from the rest of the house. This room also has a 368 CFM exhaust
fan as well as a wet bar, ample seating, a freestanding electric
fireplace, and another 55” TV. Smoking is permitted in this room
only.

KITCHEN & DINING

Greet the day with a cup of coffee at the kitchen bar for two. When
you’re ready to eat, whip up a hearty breakfast in the modern
kitchen with a full suite of appliances. Then serve up your tasty meal
at the four-person dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms. Two full
