Quick stay

Check in was fast, the front desk attendant wasn't too social but I wasn't there to make friends either, lol. The room was clean, up kept, and there was abundant parking. Not bad for a expedia-rated 2.5 star hotel. I'd definitely stay there again if the occasion where to repeat.

Our room keys were cancelled two out of three nights. Breakfast had no working coffee maker. No coffee maker in rooms. Very comfortable bed. Our stay could have been much better.

Close to beach

Pros: Location, price
Cons: The room smelled of smoke and mildew. Inconsistency between helpful and unhelpful staff. Jacuzzy unreliable.
Location: Good location close to Hwy 101 and the beach
OK if just passing through. Good value. This hotel needs stronger management.

Great location

Pros: Location
Cons: Microwave and fridge in rooms
Great location as there was a lot of access to food and shopping locations within walking distance. Beaches are just a short drive away and great alternative to stay at if you would like to visit multiple cities.

Nice hotel close to freeway that make easy travel

It’s a dump

Just don’t go there it’s about the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were old, overpriced, run down and the walls paper thin. The maid had just clean the room before our arrival yet there was hair in the tub. WiFi was nonexsitant. Won’t be back

I am a breast feeding mom and I asked for a refrigerator for the room to store milk and they did not have one available. The staff did let me keep it in there refrigerator in the office which I do appreciate. I do feel for Moms with small kids they should have refrigerator available.

Loud and busy location.

Pros: Of course the low rate. But we do get what we pay for. I couldn't care less about the "free breakfast" as I don't eat cheap, processed, GMO foods.
Cons: Cleaner outside , better mattresses, better bedding. Better soap, shampoo. Refrigerators.
Location: Not much to tell. It's right behind a gas station. I didn't know the area and needed to travel in different directions from that area.
The rooms have been redone but the exterior walkways are filthy. The sheets are low quality and the pillows are lumps. There are no refrigerators in the room. Many people who stayed there's were inconsiderate by talking loud outside the rooms at all hours. They would be outside their rooms smoking cigarettes or pot. People would be on their cell phones outside my room. Very inconsiderate. That's not the hotels fault, it's just who they attract.

The price was good and location is central. Only one issue: the bathroom did not smell clean which means it was not clean. Yuk.

Front desk associate was completely confused with my reservation. Called ahead and was told my room had refrigerator and microwave, but at check in not the case. Was never oriented about breakfast. She was not mentally on the job. I get everyone has an off day, but she confused my booking for someone with a weeks stay. Maybe she needs a vacation poor lady. She was not rude though so I took it in stride.
