This dreamy 4BR/3BA hacienda is located on the channel in the upscale
Ventura Keys neighborhood, just 0.7 miles from the beach. Launch one
of the provided kayaks from the private dock, or spend peaceful
afternoons soaking in the sun on the expansive waterfront deck.

Inside, you’ll discover cool tile flooring, a gourmet kitchen with
high-end appliances, and stylish decor.

LIVING AREA

Gather in the inviting living room, where comfortable seating is
provided on a leather sofa, matching love seat, and armchair.
Outfitted with a 50” TV with Roku, this room is the perfect spot for
a family movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING

The chef’s kitchen features granite countertops and a full suite of
stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf gas range and SubZero
refrigerator.

Sip morning coffee in the breakfast nook with seating for four, or set
the formal dining room table that offers seating for up to 10. A gas
fireplace in the dining room keeps things cozy.

A small bar off the living room is equipped with a wine fridge.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This home sleeps up to 10 guests between the four bedrooms and a
sleeper sofa in a bonus loft space.

Double doors lead into the elegant master bedroom, which is furnished
with a king-size bed and a 50” TV. Sliding glass doors open a small
balcony overlooking the channel. The en-suite master bathroom provides
a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed and a 35” TV. The
second bathroom holds a tub/shower combination.

The third and fourth bedrooms are located on the same floor as the
master. The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, while the
fourth bedroom boasts a queen bed and a flat-screen TV.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Step out onto the deck, where a table provides outdoor dining for six,
and a cozy lounge area seats four. A small side patio offers another
spot for outdoor lounging with a pair of comfy chairs.

This property features a private dock, from which you can launch the
provided kayaks. However, please note, the owners’ boat is tied up
at the dock and is not available for guest use.

After a fun day at the beach or on the water, take advantage of the
convenient, hot water, outdoor shower.
