Disgusting

The rooms were so gross. They smelled. Dirty. Stained carpet. Dirty beds. Doors werent sealed. I sent pictures to management and got a full refund. I honestly don't know how they are still open for business. May 2017 there was a case of bedbugs.

Under construction!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: Room condition...especially the bathroom. This section must be the next up for construction/renovations.
Location: Close to Naval base...not much else.
Location is not desirable...lots of homeless hanging around...did not feel safe. Part of the facility is under construction...this was not a good choice for us...too far from everything!

At 1 in the morning the desk allowed strangers to come to my door that new my name.they bothered my wife so we left.

Great Breakfast

Cons: Change the websites check out time to match the real one!!!!!
Hotel was a little run down. Back patio was quite dirty. Beds were comfy and it was nice to actually have a blanket. Bath tub was gross looking we never used it. Great location for what we needed. Used the Jacuzzi and was great. Breakfasts in the morning were awesome the guy there keep things stocked up well. My main complaint was we checked the website for check out time and it said 12:00 so we were kind of relaxing and at 11:04 Housekeeping knocked on the door to clean the room and said check out is 11. I called the front desk and they said they can only give us till 11:30 to check out even though the website said 12:00. Well we hurried and made it out but not happy.

Hotel Infested with Bedbugs!

I stayed here during memorial day weekend. I was assigned to room 122. The room was outdated, which would have been fine if the hotel maintained its cleanliness. During the first night, my skin started getting itchy. I didn't think much of it because I thought that I may have only been sensitive to the bedsheets, which were a little rough. The second night, I felt something crawling on me. I decided to remove all the bedsheets and inspect the bed and found bedbugs along the seem of the mattress! I reported the infestation to the office and they moved me to a different room. I would have preferred to leave, but this happened around midnight and I didn't have another place to stay. The following morning I spoke to the manager and she was hearing the news for the first time. I specifically told the staff the night before that this is a public health concern and needs to be addressed immediately, so the lack of communication was upsetting. I ended up having to bag all of my belongings in order to prevent any bedbugs from hitchhiking into my car. I also had to make an emergency stop to a laundry mat to wash and sanitize all of my things before going home to prevent my house from being infested with these parasites! I also had to take 3 showers that day to make sure I didn't have any of those parasites on me. I would not recommend this place!

I apologize you had bugs in your room. The person you spoke with is not a manager. I am a male and the only manager on staff. When you reported the bugs in the room, the room was put out of service and will be for a minimum of 30 days and not rented. The room was then reported to our pest control company. During the 30 days they will treat and inspect the room numerous times and not release the room back to the hotel until the room has undergone human inspection several times and the final inspection will be done by a canine unit. In addition to treating that particular room, the surrounding rooms will be treated as well. Again, I apologize this was your experience. A full refund was issued to your account for the entire stay.

Disappointed

When we arrived the place look good enough. As son as we open the door to our room I was extremely disappointed, it had a nasty smell we had to leave the door open and turn on the fan to get the room ventilated. That help a little but the smell wasn't completely gone. Our bathtub was broken and felt like you were going to sink in. The pool is nice and we enjoyed the tennis courts. However would never book this place again or recommend to anyone.

Two Night Stay not worth it!!!

Pros: Staff is great!!!
Cons: Rooms are old and not clean.
Location: Many things to do nearby like museums, beaches and eating places. If you are going to be out all day this motel is okay to stay in.
Not a fancy hotel -- only stay if you have no other option.
