Very convenient, outdoor is beautiful right by the ocean. Property needs to be upgraded, old furnitures, beds squeaks a lot. Breakfast very weak. A good cup of coffee wouldn’t hurt.

Had an absolutely awful stay in this place, booked for 3 nights left after 1 it was that bad. Where do I start….old, dirty rooms with paint peeling off the furniture and tatty bed linen, unclean bathroom, a noisy highway, a breakfast offering that looked like something from a campsite with some options gone by that time I got there, seagulls that swoop in to eat your food if your outside and spending a night next door to screaming kids and a family arguing. Put all this to the hotel management and requested a refund, they had the cheek to dismiss all these issues, claim that there are no problems with this place and refuse to offer any amicable solution given I spent over £650 to stay there. Is that how you treat an international traveller. They clearly mis-advertise themselves as a 3* hotel, they are not even 2*. People are free to make their own decisions but my advice would be to avoid, absolutely awful place.

We absolutely loved that it was right by the ocean. The back area with the lounge chairs facing the ocean was a great place to sit and relax and read. The staff was kind to let us use the microwave to heat up leftovers and loaned us an umbrella, too. Would definitely come back!

The proximity to the oecan is fantastic. Nice chaise lounges to lie back on and watch the ocean, no beach but gorgeous views. The rooms all have some view as the back of the entire hotel looks at the water. I was disappointed that the hotel has not been updated in many years, chipped paint, old furniture, overall dingy looking but definitely clean and that worked enough for what we needed. The attached restaurant is quite nice for dinner!
