The sofa bed on Suite King is twin. Four people should able to sleep in the room but it’s impossible to sleep 2 in twin bed. Room is so expensive but so small for the price.

Chose this property because of electric car charging capability…but couldn’t charge my car because someone else left their car with charger for 12 hours. Hotel needs additional chargers…or a policy regarding a time limit. This was a rapid charger, so the other car should have been able to fully charge within 1-2 hours. This other guest greatly inconvenienced me.

We had booked a corner room with a double pull out sofa bed and specifically selected the room for 4 people. Upon check in they gave us a room with a single pull out sofa bed, and the room was designed for three people. They moved us to a smaller room with two queen beds instead of the suite which we had paid for. The hotel has minimum amenities, and would not provide additional sugar/creamer packets or even coffee. They have no coffee in the lobby, no continental breakfast or any complementary refreshments, no housekeeping unless you specifically ask for, and even then, they did not provide cleaning when we asked for it. If you forget a toothbrush, you can 'buy' one from the front desk. They have the worst customer service of any hotel we have stayed at. The room they moved us to had minimal storage. There was a two-drawer tiny dresser, if one can call it that. Expedia did a really poor job of providing a room with our specifications. This hotel is difficult to access due to its location among a bunch of bank buildings and where it's situated. They have one car charger but we could never access it. Skip this hotel if you can help it. A Hilton would be a better choice.

I would never stay in this hotel ever again! i wouldn’t even pay 100$ to stay here. First of all i had to look for the person that was at customer service to check me in because she was nowhere near sight. On top of that she was not helpful at all, we had luggage and asked for a cart to carry our luggage she said they had none at the moment.. ok weird. We had to ask her where to park, how to get to our room .. and etc, Our room was in the 2nd floor, we get to 2nd floor and guess what? Our room wasn’t there!!! i called customer service and asked where our room was ? she says “oh theirs a twist so you have to come back to the first floor exit the building and go to the second building and go up the stairs, “thats where your room will be at” mind you , that building had no elevator !!!!! we had to carry our luggage go up and go back down because their was no elevator! Ok we are in our room settled down ready to go to sleep, their was non stop barking i called the front desk and asked them if they can tell whoever dogs they were to keep it low since it was 12 am and we were trying to sleep. She says “oh those dogs are from the house in the back of the hotel we cant do anything about it” Overall, save your money your better off at a Motel 6. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, worst courtyard marriott Ive stayed at.

I will never stay at this hotel again We stayed for two nights for a local wedding We accidentally booked this location instead of the Westlake Village location. The travel app messed up. My make up could not be done properly because they have no lighting in the rooms or in the bathroom I have never stayed at such a outdated hotel with such minimal lighting… I was furious My make up turned out horrible for two days for these events, because there’s literally no lights no natural light no light switches, no ceiling lights The room is only good for just darkness!!!! I absolutely hated it!!!!! Never ever again do not recommend! Also, the whole place stinks like old people! Nasty nasty! It needs a total remodel

Nice place but issue with noise control
The room was perfect. Very comfortable and clean. The only complaint I have is that the pool was full of debris from the trees. The other complaint is that there was a group of teenagers from some kind of sport team on the same floor and there was no adults for supervision. They were up after 10:00pm knocking on each other’s doors running down the hall making noise slamming the doors. We called the front desk twice to ask if someone could come and ask them to stop, but no one ever did. It was 2:00am and I finally had to pound on the adjoining door and tell them to shut up because of the yelling and shouting. We didn’t get a good nights sleep. They should have put them all on the same floor with a few Adults for supervision. In the morning when we checked out there were others coming in to the elevator from the 2nd floor but again did not see any adults with them. We had a horrible night due to all the noise from them and not happy that the front desk didn’t address the problem after we called them twice telling them what was going on.

Small Frustrations.
Only there for an overnight while working in the area. Needed to get to my room, work and hit the hay. Neither bedside light worked. Frustrated already. Went to get ice, ice machine on my floor doesn't work. Frustrated. These little things resulted in my short time there being more frustrating than pleasant. Still a decent hotel. Still like Marriott.
