The marina view was amazing. The room smell was terrible; the pillows smelled used and not clean.

The breakfast was really good. The pool was dirty and there were huge gaps in the room doors so you could hear everyone having conversations in their rooms or walking down the hall.

Weekend getaway, get Marina View!
Great hotel along Channel Islands with a Marina View (Highly recommend). The breakfast buffet is great especially if you have kids! They have a little convenient store if you want a little snack or toiletries. Service is great. We needed extra items in the room and they worked fast! The only thing I wasn't thrilled about was the flooring, you can everything below or above you, thin flooring. Other than that, my family and I would stay here again!

Our stay was very nice, we liked the breakfast options, our only concern was having enough toilet paper. They did give it to us when we asked.

Disappointed
Unexpected parking fee. Front desk was nice. Room is nice but very unsanitary. My pillow smell like dry saliva. Empty hand soap, empty lotion and conditioner bottle. No extra toilet paper, toilet doesn’t stop flushing. Pool is dirty (although we don’t use it) elevator is scary, because is shrugging.

Great place right on the water in the harbor. Rooms are big and each have their own balcony. You do have to pay $12.50 per night for parking which I didn't know until I got to the property. Parking seems limited, but we were able to find parking on the premises.

Disappointed.
Bed sheet appeared no change. A clean sheet usually has fold marks. There was no fold marks on the pillow cases & bed sheets. We had to asked for clean ones & change it ourselves. The breakfast was reduced & tasteless possibly due to less booking. Won't be back to this one again.

This is a very comfortable, clean and quiet hotel It is a nice area for walks and dog walking! I very much enjoyed the view of the marina and they served a nice breakfast.

Hotel was nice, not happy having to pay for parking being that how else does someone arrive at a hotel if not by driving? Also pillows were horrible, as if they had not been changed for years. Would of expected more for being a Hilton and the price of the rooom

The property itself is nice. Breakfast was fine, not great but good. But, the Expedia description did not indicate there was NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING, only every 4 night. We had to make our own bed, wipe down the bathroom counter, … we did get fresh towels daily but when I asked for one additional towel ( 3 times!) I was told yes, they will send one up, but NEVER got it. I would not recommend.
