The bed was so hard that I was sore after one night's sleep. For the second night I slept on top of the pillows. The shower took about 45 minutes to heat up and the tv kept flickering on and off. We had maintenance come up for both the shower and tv.

It was an easy, peasy check-in, room was great, updated. Bed was comfortable. The only negative was the Fitness Center. It was tiny and the aerobic equipment did not work. Not much of an area to use the weights and no bench.

The property itself was great. Kitchen staff/ waitresses great. The young lady in the front desk had a terrible attitude and was not welcoming. Many people that checks in before me said the same thing.

Checking in was very minimal. Here’s ur key card. That’s it. No QR code or paperwork or info where even the elevator is. No WiFi, bar or restaurant, gym, pool information at all. Had to ask everything. Wambam go to your room Bathroom tub was dripping water because of leaking faucet to include loose faucet, shower water was low, couldn’t adjust shower head. Sink water was way too hot and a safety issue for children. I will not come back here again.

First off, Customer service was above and beyond. Super nice, to answer any questions you may have to your satisfaction/ fairly quickly to check you in if you reserved your stay in advance.

AC was leaking water all over the room. I asked for a different room but the staff was not helpful at all and said the hotel was sold out. Maintenance came and just set towels all over the floor. I had to stay in that room, no AC and the room smelled liked dirty water. The windows couldn’t be opened so the room felt humid as well. Sleepless night for sure.

Not being able to shower in hot water was a real bummer. Hotel would not offer a full refund but only took off $40. They really should have a message or something indicating the issue. I’m very disappointed in how I was taken care of.

Gave 3 stars because beds were not real comfortable. Refrigerator was noisy during the night and the bathroom sink drain ran slow, but ok for one night.

The receptionist was not friendly. Didn’t make us feel welcome!. The room had a bad smell! We were a big group and were there only a few hours. I thought we would be able to get a discount. I will never stay there again, nor recommend it!

Beautiful setting Adequate parking Desk service excellent Room was large and comfortable No luggage service Restaurant was a big disappointment Bathroom floor appeared to have urine stains on the floor. I hope they were not. Room was very cold Heater was difficult to turn on.
