Check in was amazing! Super friendly so kind and genuine….. I went to the store and came in with heavy items and a staff member right away came to help me as the saw my hands were full…….so friendly and polite. I will definitely be back!

They have been having internet and WiFi issues for a long time but that wasn’t disclosed. Verizon also has no reception so I couldn’t get my hotspot to work and I had a lot of business to handle. I ultimately had to cancel my stay after one night and find a new hotel in Thousand Oaks. Also, the shower squeaked really badly. At that point, I just had to laugh. And leave.

I believe they allow people to have parties with loud music and people screaming in their rooms. I payed to have a good night sleep and couldn’t get any rest. Location is super convenient, the rooms are spacious and clean, good breakfast but just don’t disturb my sleep. I am very unhappy with last night’s experience at this location

This place is a gem!
We were so happy at this hotel. My son stayed there during Christmas and had the same experience. My daughter lives in the townhouses adjacent so we could easily walk to her place. The breakfast had many options and was healthy! The rooms are large. The staff was magnificent. Thank you to Jocelyn for making our late checkin so easy.

The room was spacious and met our needs. The sofa and chair were adequate, but not especially comfortable. The corridors are stark with no decor of any kind, making it impossible to find “landmarks”. The corridors are confusing and signage is poor. We got lost even on our second day. Nowhere on any of the guest room floors is there a sign that says “lobby”. This would be easy to fix!

Really nice hotel with lots of Amenities that other hotels don't offer like a Basketball court that my son loved! Grounds are well maintained and its in a very safe neighborhood, with a great walking path connected to Hotel. Room was large & spacious with a FULL kitchen! Bathroom could use updating & upgrading though.

The spa and swimming pool area were pretty gross. Trash on the bottom of the pool and the spa was green. There was so much rust inside our suite.The bathtub and shower area including the shower rod, had multiple rusty spots. Even the can opener in the kitchen was rusted. We stayed on the second floor towards the front of the hotel. Our room really needed newer windows because we could hear every single car that drove by. Definitely did not have a good night sleep. Pretty disappointing for a Marriott. We're use to much better quality when staying at a Marriott.

Ok, but too expensive for what it is.
This hotel is very overpriced for the location. Camarillo has no tourism and the hotel is ok, but at the price point you could stay 20 minutes down the road on the beach. There are other suites in town that are cheaper if you need the extra space. Also, $15/day for parking in Camarillo? Camarillo doesn’t have paid parking and for this hotel to charge is just a cash grab.

This property and staff was amazing. The part I loved about it the most was that the rooms have a fireplace. It was very clean and had everything I needed. The outside fire pit was breath taking. I would highly recommend this property.
