Worst hotel in Veracruz

Its not the most expensive hotel but it aint the cheapest. But it feels cheap!! Brisas should be ashame of what they put their name onto. Terrible staff service, more than 50 minutes for a simple coke to arrive to the room, then they tell us there is no credit for charges to the room when i checked i left a credit for 350 usd and after i showed them the receipt it was all clear. But its the worst experience i have had in hotel industry in the last 20 years

Old hotel, terrible service

It looks or wants to look renovated but feels old. The room service is the worst of all. 40 minutes for a soda and when it arrived it was wrong!! 50 minutes for check in. Pool is eay to small for a hotel with this quantity of rooms and people were drinking beer straight from the bottle inside the pool!!! Terrible experience

Nice hotel, but nothing to see through the window.

Cockroach found in both suits, NOK The first step of the ladder of the truck that transports us to the beach is very high, NOK Door of the room is not safe, it's easy to open by inserting something between the lock and the door frame. NOK Easy to access, like the design of the room, like to be inside of the mall, all the personal are very friendly.

Convenient

We stayed a week for a work conference in the World Trade Center next door. The location is the absolute best thing about this hotel. Within walking distance to the WTC, restaurants (sit downs and food courts), grocery stores, etc. Overall, the hotel was clean. The bed was soft, but mine was actually sagging in the middle a bit. The bathroom layout is awkward if more than one person in the room, especially if using the ironing board that is attached to the closet door. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was sufficient, however many collagues booked through hotels.com and some got the full breakfast and others the continental, so be clear on what breakfast you get. The biggest annoyance to me was the refrigerators in the room are locked and could only be used with a CC deposit. Instead we had to get ice in the restaurant to store formula for our baby. Wifi was also inconsistent throughout the week.

El Puerto de Veracruz

The hotel is beautiful. It is located in a mall, with a food court and even a theater for children. The hotel restaurant does a good job. Lots of personal attention. My only complaints are, when we arrived there was no coffee pot in the coffee maker and the safe in the room was often a challenge to close. Taxis are always available outside, no waiting. Staff was helpful. Really enjoyed our stay.

Nice hotel in Boca del Rio, rooms are very nice, food and lobby area are nice. The only thing I didnot like mych was the pool , one is an inside pool but it feels to hot in the pool area. The out doors pool is st the beach club, and They hsve to drive you to the beach. Hotel is not on the beach

Went to visit friends.

Pros: location.
Cons: The hotel has a pool at the beach. They provide transportation to and from. The pool was filthy. There was a lot of small debris floating in the pool
Hotel was reasonably priced and in a good location Located in a mall that made it easy to buy for the kids. Buffet breakfast included was excellent. Rooms were clean, staff not real friendly, but ok.

Easy parking and helpful staff. Beautiful shopping mall and movie theater in hotel complex.

Nice, clean and really good value! Bear in mind hotel is not at the beach but has a beach club.
