The hotel is located in a great place. It’s across the Zocalo where there’s always something going on. It’s with in walking distance to El Malecón. Overall it’s very clean next time I will just ask for a bigger room or suite. Would stay there again.

The property is located in a good area.... That's it. The hotel is very old, which is quite notorious on doors, restroom, and furniture. I feel the amount of money I paid for such a small, old room is not in alignment.

Great location and welcoming staff
Great location and welcoming staff. Hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants, as well as the artisan market/mercado artesanal, the puerto/the port, and the iconic La Parroquia cafe. The AC was great, the room space was great, I could work from the hotel, and there were 2 bottles of water which were a blessing in the heat. Check in was quick even though we checked in after 9:30pm.

Great central hotel
Great location, just steps away from the main square. Having the AC on at night drowned all the outside noise, so we were able to sleep comfortably despite the music outside (which does go until 4am!) The room was very clean and the housekeepers took excellent care to ensure everything was perfect every day. The facilities are nice, and even though the pool is small, it serves its purpose.

Hotel in need of an update
This hotel is centrally located within walking distance to all major attractions in Veracruz. I will avoid the restaurant since the majority of the waiters have very bad attitude. Hotel is in need of a major renovation. Will not stay here again.

Todos fueron muy amables con migo y el señor de seguridad me agarro un taxi para que no batallara por la mañana para irme al aeropuerto. Me trataron muy bien y me quede otro dia mas. Esta crusando la calle de el Zocalo y en la noche se pone bueno con musica afuera de los restaurantes. Everyone was super nice and the security guard even scheduled me a taxi to get back to the aiport early in the morning. They treates me well that I even stayed one extra day. This hotel is across the Zocalo where there is music outside of each restaurant.

Enjoyable stay. Room was clean and cozy. The pool, although tiny, was very relaxing for hot days. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful.

What I liked about this hotel is definitely the location. Very close to everything in the Centro Historico area and other areas as well. The staff was very pleasant and attentive, prompt to help. Dislikes: The staff does not speak English . We did not find any of the staff members to speak English which is disappointing, especially for a hotel that is in the center of a touristic area. The building is old and I want to say on the somehow neglected side. The windows in our room were not clean from the inside, never mind the outside. One of the windows was replaced with some sort of white plastic, which did not allowed you to see anything. Although this was a master suite we did not have a mini fridge, and the coffee maker was not working, we called to have it replaced which they did, however, they did not provided us with more coffee. The night we arrived the shower and sink were clogged we told the front desk about it and they sent the maintenance guy to fixed it. They have a restaurant on the second floor. We went to have breakfast and were not greeted, the hostess was on the phone and ignored us as well as the waitstaff. We waited and finally someone came to "help us" but by then we were on the way out. So next time we will not be staying in that hotel.

I have given instructions to correct them immediately. Regarding the cooler if we find it inside your room, (we do not handle servibars), and regarding coffee, the first envelope is courtesy and the rest of your stay if requested is delivered to you at the moment with charge to your room. Cleaning during your stay is done daily, unless our guests do not allow staff to clean. If we have employees who speak English. I am very sorry for what happened, I reiterate our apologies and I remain at your service.

Centric, clean, walking distance to everything. I wish they had coffee maker and mini fridge in rooms, other than that, no complaints. if you enjoy good music outside your hotel until 4 AM on weekends this is a place for you!! If you are an early sleeper you might want to go a little further from zocalo,

Privileged location at corner of main square. Super-short walk to cathedral, historic cafes, port area, Güero Güera ice cream, arts & crafts, museum. Sanborns restaurant downstairs, four banks half-block away. Pool on 1rst floor. Twin-bed rooms with balcony face the main square. Not on the beach, but a real find to experience the city!

Good location
Well, it's a nice location, the plaza is the place to be...the hotel did not offer breakfast, the host, well one was very nice but the other one not much...the hotel was not what expected but you will have fun because of the location...but their are other hotels in the area.
