"Very happy with Icon. Entrance and access were convenient and easy, location very good, with bus stops within a 2-3 minute walk, the Lido/Cassarate area only 12-15 minute walk, and downtown only a 20-minute or so walk. The building was modern, and accommodation was very nice. Murphy bed very comfy, good kitchen and a very good bathroom with a rain showerhead. Nothing but nice things to say...we really loved it! "

We did have an unfortunate experience: the tlf.no. we got online was apparently wrong (turned out to be that of a landlady for a property next door, who uses the same parking facility). "I put this view from the Villa in the top three most beautiful experiences my eyes have ever taken in anywhere in the world. I could sit on the pool deck forever. The Villa it self is everything anyone could ask for in a home. It is new, has everything, is a 15 minute walk (5 min drive) down the hill to the supermarket. I cannot imagine anyone staying here and saying that it wasn't perfect. It will make you think about moving to Chernobbio. "

"It was $E40 from the airport which has to be factored into the cost. But there weren't other better options the night I needed to stay over "close" to the airport. Hotel isn't fancy but was comfortable. They had a vending machine of high-sodium prepared mostly pasta dishes for two, in the lobby that functions until 10pm or 11pm. Plus a tank of hot water. Nothing walkable in the immediate area. The nice late night desk staffer took pity and scrounged me a yogurt and crackers from the breakfast stash which meant a lot to me, and is why I give this place 5 stars across the board. Very nice breakfast"
