We own rental property and I shared a more detailed list with the owner but a few notes: the kitchen drying towels were mixed up with restroom hand towels; no mixing bowls for breakfast prep. The recliner nearest the fireplace was broken. We had gnats, killed a spider and a few crawling bugs, ongoing household fumigation would help. Overall, we would book this property again. ”
