“Upon arrival, we noticed ants all over the sink, floor, and shower. Later that night we noticed the sheets appeared to have specs of dirt, bugs, or something on them. The hotel was completely booked as well as all others in the area and we were hours away from home, so we had no choice but to stay. Maintenance did spray and wipe down the bathroom and changed the sheets. We were told we would get a call from management the next day, but never did. The next day we found additional small beetle……

“We didn’t end up staying there!! We pulled in and the place looked abandoned! Nobody was even on the property that worked there or owned it!!!! We called a number and they had no record of us having a reservation, finally some young woman showed up to help us. The room they wanted to give us was unlocked already, the bed looked like someone had slept on the bed, it smelled and was filthy! We walked out and told the girl we wouldn’t stay there and we did find another motel to stay at. This……
