I called several times when I did get in contact with them they told me they didn’t have my reservation and that their hotel was booked. They called me back and told me they found my reservation I had went ahead and booked another room.

It was very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. It was located away from the busy road, so it was quiet. It was also close to dining, fast food restaurants, etc. down the road. The only concern was that it was a very cold evening, and after I checked in, it took about 4 hours to warm the room up to the temperature that was comfortable-but the bathtub helped me feel very comfortable.

So peaceful, quiet and clean.
It was a bit confusing when we got there and there was no one at the desk and the roll-up door was down. It was 9:30 PM. But there was a number on the door and I called to find out they had emailed the room number and door code to me. The receptionist sent me a text with the same information. So, we were able to get into the room and relax after a long day of traveling. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room was very quiet. It was a perfect place to stay. We were in Roosevelt for a funeral, and the peace was precious. I will stay there again.

It was actually one of the nicer rooms we've stayed in. And my Wife and I have traveled quite a bit. We laughed because we said we had to come to Roosevelt Utah to find such a nice room. The irony. It was also less expensive than the other mainstreem hotels like best western and whatever.

Enjoyed our stay.
Surprised us with the large room, exceptional bathtub and cleanliness, for the price. Outside door is a little old school but parking just a few feet from the door was great. The swimming pool area was uncomfortably warm. Certainly made the pool itself refreshing.

I never got to the property. They cancelled my confirmed booking, because a guest who was there the day before my booking wanted to extend another day, and they had no other rooms. What legitimate hotel does that!!?? I called Best Western in the area, and asked them if they'd ever heard of that happening. They had not. I then happily booked with them. By the way, I've always had a good experience at BW hotels.

It was clean and roomy, loved the pool. I had to get up 5 times in the night because the heater Kept blasting at eighty degrees. Loud highway noise from outside.

Pretty fixtures, counter tops, decor. Mattress was horrible and shower head was in bad repair and almost non functioning the spray was so small. Room was described as a full kitchen. Room was not a full kitchen, but did have a crock pot and burners/electric skillet. I wouldnt stay here again and I would not recommend to friends and family.
