This is not a hotel, which is fine so long as you know that before arriving. The accommodations are comprised of seven [separate] very small rooms on the lower level of someone's house, with shared common room and shared kitchen. Some of the rooms share a bathroom so it is more like a hostel with private rooms than it is a hotel. Located in a residential neighborhood, very quiet. The owner/operator is quite pleasant and friendly. Fine place to stay if you are not expecting a hotel and much less expensive than hotels in the area; so quiet you will get a good night sleep.

Such a great location. We thought Valet parking might be a hassle with street parking, but everything was very organized. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. Location was great for walking around, close to many restaurants and the theatre is across the street. Cannot wait to go back and when I do, I will definitely stay at the Holman.

Great escape, welcoming staff , very clean in and out. However unfortunately for Me ,it rained out and the rain was deafening hitting the window sill Aluminum drip edge! Miserable Design change need! Add rubber sealant. Flex Seal spray
