I didn’t stay here! No one was there to check me in. I tried to ring the contact number but no answer. Other people were locked out of there room and ended up breaking in through a window. It looked very out dated! Clad I went somewhere else

The check in was painful and long. Could only get one room key and had to wait almost 10 minutes for the key to activate to get in to the room. There was no staff on location after 7 pm, and someone locked themselves out of their room and could not make contact with staff to get in. It appears there are long term room rentals, with less then desirable tenancy. Loud music, people walking back and forth on the second floor, coming and goings. We could not gain access to the pool or hot tub, and there was no staff to advise. We have stayed before and are disappointed with how it is deteriorating. Also, pet friendly but there is zero green space or anywhere aside from the parking lot to walk pets.
