Nice hotel and great location for me.

Pros: location,price, and room.
Location: within walking distance of downtown and the places I like to shop.
I enjoyed my stay and will stay again in the future.

Pros: the room was a nice size , good size patio, love the tiki door to the patio.
Cons: needs new mattress on the beds , need some kind of cover over the large windows by the door to much light comes in at night
Location: great location lots of stores around . not really that far away from the lake
the hotel is ok the bed was not pleasant to sleep on

tired looking room

Pros: Pet friendly, although added cost for dogs should be refundable with quiet pets and no damage. Room was quiet
Cons: Update.
Location: Central location but not on main drag. Close to park.
Staff was very helpful and offered to assist with bringing luggage up to room. Room was tired looking: only one bedside lamp and one bedside table between beds. Carpet needs cleaning. But beds were comfortable and the room quite quiet.

The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and comfortable. No concerns.

Would stay again

Overall, it was a nice little place; nothing bad to say about it and good for the price. I would stay there again.

The woman who runs this place was so concerned about us as we were late to check in and couldn't find her number to inform her of our late arrival. She called us enroute, and waited patiently for us to arrive. Even giving directions twice without agitation when we became disoriented. She scores a 10 in our books!

not so good , front desk closes at 9Pm and we arrived at midnight

Older motel with large rooms

Room fairly large. Glass on sliding door cracked in 2 places. Our sink was clogged (gross) but staff came right away to fix it. Staff were nice and friendly. Beds were fine. Courtyard has pool (freezing) and small play area. Nice place to have a picnic. If you don't like smokers don't stay here because literally everyone outside was smoking. Needs an upgrade.

Time for be completely refurbished

We had small dog with us - Nice place but it's time for the room we were in to be refurbished. Everything was in sad condition- floor, sink bathroom shower. Even coffee maker was old. The beds were clean and comfortable and the office staff were very helpful but based on the condition we couldn't recommend to other travelers
