You get what you pay for

Pros: The price, and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: The whole facility could do with an update, its a sad little relic from the 80's.
Location: It is minutes from the beaches.
I was in town for a family gathering, fortunately it wasn't here. For what I needed, a cheap place to sleep, it was perfect. I didn't stay on site a minute longer than I had to. I'm a reasonable fit, middle aged man, and the other guests made me nervous.

The room was dirty and disgusting even after changing rooms. The smell of cigarette smoke is strong.

Close to the Beach

Pros: Staff service.
Cons: Clean bathroom baseboards. Water in sink and tub drained slowly. Check room 153 for bugs.
Location: THE BEACH!
Hotel needs much room renovation. Never made it to breakfast, but it smelled good. Tiki Bar meal not so good. Staff was very friendly and excellent service. At the price, did not expect much and got it.

Very outdated and dirty

Very dirty and outdated. The only day we had room service things went missing. The TV had poor reception but staff weren't concerned. Very loud tenants next to us but again staff weren't concerned. Overall disappointing and we will not be customers there again.

Dear guest, We apologize your stay had a few things that made you dissatisfied. I trust you reported what was missing and most of the time it was just misplaced. We have a large lost and found and if known your item is probably in it. We are working to fix the televesion programming with a potential new vendor soon and look forward to that taking place. Our nightly security will ask guests that are disturbing others after 10pm to quiet down. They must be advised by letting the front desk know. Again our sincere apologies.

If you like planes, trains and automobiles...

Pros: Breakfast provided was good. Had hot and cold entrees to choose from. Lots of fresh fruit.
Cons: Noise dampening in rooms. Hotel was right beside a train track and the trains were constantly running. Also in the flight path of an airport.
Location: Did not get to visit any attractions or do any shopping as I was on a business trip and all my time was taken up by business.
Room and facility was clean. But if you are looking for peace and quiet this is not the place to stay.

Pros: minifridge & microwave
Cons: New drapes, carpets, linens, TV, refurbished bathroom, etc
Location: on US 1 mega strip
Quite old with bald spots in carpet, old burns on carpet, threadbare areas on bedspreads, etc. Curtains old and falling apart and dusty. Main areas clean, but corners dusty and dirty. Bathroom area old. TV didnt function well On the plus side, there is a microwave and minifridge, and the beds were adequately comfy

Check in was pleasant . Hotel is old. Towels were dirty or stained. Bathroom sink was clogged. Checked out after the first night. Spoke with the front desk about a refund. Spoke with Expedia who I booked through and still waiting to hear back from them. Took pictures of the room and gave them to the front desk which told me was a good idea. Location was great.
