Cons: The heating/air conditioning system. When it came on in the middle of the night t was too loud, fortunately it didn't continue for too long
Location: The park on A1A was nice and a perfect place to walk on the beach.
Enjoyed the location of this hotel and glad to be near the beach and the Chili's Restaurant.

The hotel is a decent place to stay, but it's the location that makes it worth while. Chili's in the parking lot and everything you need and want is less than 15 minutes away.

Do not stay here.

Don’t waste your money staying here. Upon arrival, my sheets were dirty. It looked like the staff changed the pillow cases, but had neglected the rest of the room. I had to change my sheets and pillowcases. The mattress pads did not fit the beds they were put on. King sized mattress pads on queen beds made the room appear sloppy and uncared for (which it probably was). There were dirty towels in the bathroom. This room had not been cleaned in a while. Our nonsmoking room smelled heavily of smoke. I would have left, and stayed somewhere else, but it was the only place in town with an opening for the night-I can see why. It was dirty and disgusting. When talking with locals about where I was staying, they shook their heads and said, “oh yeah, don’t stay there.”
