Beachfront vacation home with relaxing spa services
Live/Work/Play/Relax on your own private beach – and at your very own private luxury beach house. Get far away from the crowds . . . and get closer to those who matter the most. Remote barrier-island 5-star oceanfront palace on FL Treasure Coast, a tranquil oasis safely isolated worlds away from the troubles of the day. Gigabit-speed commercial-grade secure WiFi internet lets you stream 4K movies at night, work from “home” w/powerful signal all the way to the beach/river. (And great for the kids' homework/home schooling.)

We meet & exceed all safety measures & other best practices specified by the CDC, FL Dept of Health, and FL Dept of Business & Professional Regulation. We utilize hospital-grade cleaning & disinfectant standards. We stock your home with cleaning supplies, alcohol, wipes, hand sanitizer & more. (During the initial shutdowns in Spring 2020, our spotlessly-clean homes passed muster with "front line" hospitals and medical departments, hosting entire hospital nursing units and doctor families for extended stays.)

Eden Beach Retreat is a 7+BR/7BA Ocean-to-River beach-house paradise, perched high atop an oceanfront sand dune, and located directly on Stuart Florida's famed Eden Beach. The home is so close to the ocean waves that a small child can toss a tennis ball into the surf from the home's large oceanfront deck. And with 7+ bedrooms, 7 bathrooms (including 5 bedrooms w private en-suite bathrooms), this three-story retreat is packed with features to delight everyone in your family group, across all ages.

Plus: Eden Beach boasts the most incredible floor-to-ceiling oceanfront views from both the main level and master-bedroom suite—the water is thisclose—of any beach house in our portfolio, and perhaps the entire state of Florida.

Wear your t-shirt, shorts & flip-flops to the airport, because that's all you need for your Florida beach-house vacation . . . We provide the rest. Travel light -- and live large -- with the fully-stocked, 5-Star-amenity properties of Beach Houses in Paradise! ("We stock heavy, so you can travel light".)

At rates starting at less than $100 per night per bedroom, enjoy 5-star luxury amenities and accommodations at an affordable price (the proverbial "champagne on a beer budget") Note: Eden Beach is rented only to one party at a time; you will not be sharing the premises with strangers or unknown travelers.

And right across the street is your own 200-foot-long deep-water private dock on the Indian River, offering some of the best fishing in the world, and stocked with all your favorite water toys (complimentary kayaks, paddleboards, snorkel gear, bicycles, boogie boards, fishing poles & tackle, metal detectors, & more)

Own a boat? Bring it! Moor it at your own private dock, and there's even room to park your trailer. (Boat ramp just 1 mile away).

SAVE! Paradise need not hurt the wallet. We offer many discounts via the VRBO platform: Military, educators, civil service, rescue & law enforcement, medical, volunteer & more. Active or retired. Even Florida residents save $ (But if you are age 50+, enjoy our SENIOR discount—by definition, the biggest discount of all).

ALL-INCLUSIVE / EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED: From bicycles to beach blankets, from towels to toilet paper, and all points between. (Did you know that fewer than 25% of the Florida listings on VRBO/HomeAway include high chairs for little ones? Experiment with the "More Filters" search feature and see for yourself!) Many vacation rentals don't even provide you a full supply of toilet paper (!) or such basics as towels, bed linens, toiletries, paper goods or even cooking essentials like salt, pepper, spices, oils, and other basic staples. And can you imagine arriving to your beach vacation rental, only to discover that there are no coolers, ice, beach chairs, beach towels, beach blankets, umbrellas and beach toys like sand pails, bikes, cornhole, volleyball, kayaks, and horseshoes? Why waste the first day of your precious vacation—or more money—shopping at the local Wal-Mart? Instead, book a Beach House in Paradise and begin relaxing the ~moment~ you arrive. (We even pre-heat hot tubs and pools, and put out the bathrobes & towels so your relaxing beach vacation can start the moment you arrive.)

No hidden fees: Other vacation-rental companies nickel and dime you to death with surcharges such as pool-heating fees, fees to use shampoos & soaps, rental fees for kayaks, bikes & paddleboards, even a fee if you don't empty the refrigerator at the end of your stay(!). At BHIP, there are no hidden surcharges.

Don't miss the new video! Nestled among the first few pictures in the photo gallery is a virtual-tour video that walks you through every single room, even bathrooms & closets. Plus: "birds-eye view" drone shots! (Best viewed from a desktop or laptop computer)

Not only is the home situated in the most biodiverse marine environment in North America (source: Florida Oceanographic Institute), but it's also located in Stuart FL, Winner of the "America's Happiest Seaside Town" award given annually by Coastal Living Magazine (those old enough to remember classic TV shows like "Andy Griffith" proudly call Stuart the "Mayberry of Florida")

Planning a modest event or small gathering at the home? Or is your rental in association with an event held at a nearby venue? We'd love to help! Event-related reservations are approved on a case-by-case basis. Please note that due to the pristine and delicate barrier-island environment, special restrictions may apply. (Additional COVID-19 restrictions may also apply)

Very important: Please inquire about your event BEFORE booking (to avoid paying the cancellation fee)

MORE THAN 11 ADULTS? Eden Beach Retreat might be a tight fit. Please inquire before booking.

Nervous about alligators? Don't be: They don't exist near the beach in this part of Florida. (Gators can't survive near the beach in saltwater environments; they live only inland, where there is plenty of fresh water) At BHIP, both the river & ocean are salty.

This home sits at the southern terminus of the Indian River, the most biologically diverse estuary in all North America (according to marinelife samples taken by the Florida Oceanographic Society marine biologists in May 2015 ... samples taken just yards away from this home's dock!) From the dock, tiki hut, or oceanfront deck, watch manatees, dolphins, and sea turtles frolic year-round. Birdlife abounds with ibis, egrets, herons, warblers, pelicans and more. And the fishing? Well, let's just say that while a Publix supermarket is conveniently located just a few blocks down the street, you'll never need to buy fish from the market during your stay!

In addition to the private beach, enjoy your own private dock adjacent to tiki-hut entertainment deck, complete with complimentary fishing equipment (fully-stocked tackle & gear), snorkel gear, and even complimentary water toys like paddleboards, kayaks & more. Jetskis & boats available too!

And there's even more fun to be had: the home sits smack dab in the middle of the "Treasure Coast". To this very day, gold doubloons, pieces of eight & other Spanish treasure still occasionally wash up along Hutchinson Island, especially following big storms. In fact, just two hundred yards away to the north of the beach house, the House of Refuge Museum showcases relics from prior shipwrecks, one of which—the Georges Valentine wreck—is a fun snorkeling experience and is close enough to walk/swim to from the house (Complimentary beach-comber metal-detectors are provided.)

The waters in & around the house are among the most biologically rich & environmentally sensitive in the entire U.S. Our owners avidly support local environmental groups, contributing millions in recent decades.

* Don't approach dolphin, sea turtles & manatees (often seen near the end of the dock). These are protected species. Florida Fish & Wildlife marine patrols have big binoculars; they WILL arrest you.

* Be responsible with fishing tackle. Avoid leaving behind loose line, hooks & other tackle after a great day fishing. (Pelicans, egrets, heron and other birdlife get tangled in fish line or snagged by hooks . . . or by fish they've caught that are still hooked.)

* Do not litter (this includes urinating into the water, emptying alcohol/soda into the water, etc.)

Passively owned by a 501c3 private charitable foundation that has provided financial support to the local community for nearly 20 years, Eden Beach Retreat donates 100% of proceeds to 501c3 local charities in the area that are dedicated to 1.) preserving our area's pristine and fragile environment, and, 2.) supporting local community causes specializing in education and science.

The home also serves as a venue for local charitable events and environmental causes, and presents a rotating series of scientific and educational exhibits.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this vacation home offer fireplaces and DVD players. Rooms open to balconies or patios. Accommodations are furnished with dining tables and kitchen islands. 5/5 Excellent

This property abounds with hospitality! They provide everything you need inside and out for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed everything from the amazing views, the kayaks, the paddle boards, bikes, etc. We couldn't have had a more enjoyable time! We couldn't thank our host more for everything they provided. There was a welcome basket that greeted us as we entered the door. They thought of everything from slippers, to travel kits, wood for the fire pit, well stocked kitchen, anything and everything you would need! The cleanliness of the house was spectacular too! We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Sunrise/Sunset Beach Home! Eden Beach Will NOT disappoint!
Trying to keep this short, but it will be tough! Awesome!!!! Al, the property manager, was fantastic. Our family LOVED this vacation home! We got to see sea turtles nesting, dolphins swimming, beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The fully stocked garage with canopies for the beach, life vests for boats and beach blankets, amongst much more, was amazing. We loved the ice machines on each floor for coolers and the abundance of water hoses accessible to wash feet, fill a baby pool and rinse our dog. Upon arrival, we were greeted with gift baskets and items catered towards our 11 month old granddaughter and our 3 year old Vizsla. The Management/Owner amazed us with the thought that has gone in to making sure we were comfortable and have the conveniences of home. We didn’t have to spend money on spices and condiments, coffee or paper towels etc. The boat rental suggestion, Salty Dog was fantastic! They dropped the boat off at our dock and gave detailed instruction about the boat and the area. Weekend days in the lagoon were busy with other boaters relaxing in the water on sand bars just within eye shot of the home, so it was easy to get there and back. Very close to shopping and restaurants and the golf course was great for two quick rounds of golf for our family. We plan to stay again for sure! You can’t beat the views, location or the amenities this home brings.

Eden Beach Retreat
I can’t say enough good things about this property. Aside from the amazing location it came fully stocked with everything we needed, from spices, to high chairs, diapers and everything we needed for the beach. The property manager was prompt in his response to all of my questions. We will be back ! *****

5/5 Excellent

Probably the best vacation home rental experience we have ever had.

5/5 Excellent

Beyond amazing!
The property exceeded every expectation I had, from the location to amenities. They took the phrase “we provide everything” to a different scale…I would recommend this property to any family regardless of size. What an amazing vacation…
