Great for traveling professional/medical staff. Full access to condo (except locked storage area). CLEAN condo. 1 bedroom (queen bed) with slider door access to lanai and 1 full bathroom. Covered lanai with patio furniture and access to the outside green area and patio with sitting area. Single driveway for parking. Backs up to the Savannahs Preserve, so very private and peaceful. Large open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Kitchen is very well stocked. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Lots of windows and light in the condo. Community pool, clubhouse, fitness room, tennis courts and putting green. Great walking and biking in the condo complex and by the beach paths.

OCEAN BEACHES
There are several beautiful white sand beaches within a 12-20 min drive. The majority are not busy. Beach walking, shell and beach glass collecting are favorite pastimes. Average temperatures of the ocean allow great swimming. Pepper Beach, Round Island, Jetty Park and South Beach are closest, but we explore all the beaches from Vero Beach to Bathtub Reef.
Walton Rocks and Bathtub Reef are the best snorkeling areas. Watch or participate in kite surfing on high wind days.

HISTORIC DOWNTOWN FORT PIERCE Fort Pierce downtown rated by traveler magazines as one of the best Florida towns. The Farmer's Market, great restaurants and shopping nearby. Jazz in the park, the Navy Seals Historic Site and Museum are impressive.

RESTAURANTS
Many local, highly rated restaurants in the area from beach front views to upper deck overlooking the Fort Pierce Marina and in Historic Old Town Fort Pierce.

BIKING AND TRAILS
There are miles and miles of bike, walking and jogging trail by the ocean on both South and North Hutchinson Islands with views of the ocean. Many beaches along the trails and other parks with trails.
